"Good place for short stay. This is a student accommodation and it is close to the campus of several universities in Liverpool. The staff is gentle and proactive, the facility is clean and well maintained. I felt safe and comfortable for the purpose which was related to academic matters. I recommend it."

"I’m not sure this room 11 is really suitable to rent out. It is in the same building as one of the nightclubs and the noise vibrates through the wall till all hours (in our case 3-4 am). The room is close to the street which is also noisy and there is no air conditioning so you can’t open the window and you’re stuck in a heat box. There is some kind of pump that makes a big noise when the water is running or toilet flushing. No reason not to fix this; it was explained but still should be...

"Good location
Needs looking after, poor cooking items, tv in lounge broken, no batteries in the remote control, stains on cover which was over a dirty sofa. Marks on the table!
Agents not countable and very poor communication!
