"Although this property is far from any amenities, it was easy to catch Didi to get to places. Closest airport is PEK and an hour to Great Wall. This property is not in a walkable area to any shopping or dining. There is a great coffee shop and restaurant in the hotel. Breakfast was a full array of western and Chinese options. Food was top notch.

"The manager Vivien was amazing and so supportive with English, booking tickets, getting taxis, sharing directions and helping with shopping and dining. Simply can’t thank her and the staff enough. Most amazing experience for a non Chinese speaking traveller in a very non English speaking location that is close to ski fields and the Great Wall of China.

"The hotel is close to the metro, and we were allowed to check in at 8:00 AM instead of 2:00 PM, which was helpful after a long flight from Brussels, Belgium, to Beijing, China, allowing us to sleep after a six-hour jet lag.
The room and bathroom were plenty big enough, but there were too many mosquito bites."

"I stayed here for 9 nights, and it was very comfortable. Rooms were pretty big, quiet and very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom had a glass enclosed shower along with a full-size tub. Water temperature was perfect. Laundry service was also great.
The staff was very helpful and professional, but there is a bit of a language barrier when it comes to communication. But the use of a translator really helped. I loved the robots located in the lobby.

"I like this hotel. The staffs are very friendly. They provide many services, like free laundry. They are generous, two bottles of water per person per day, one small bottle of milk and two cans of sports drink. They are all free. They give free bottle water when check out. "Check in was ok although a long line with only 2 ppl in front desk. It was prepaid w/double breakfast but the next day the breakfast site could not find my record so the bill was sent to my room. Later then I received a call from front desk to ask how to pay the room fee etc. I replied it was prepaid and then I sent my receipt to front desk, then front desk said they need to verify with if I need to pay or not with financial dept to check if they receive fund or not. No information was replied...
