Private Cozy Comfy 1BR Suite

This is a cozy one-bedroom suite with private entrance with a queen size comfortable bed with walk-in closet and full bathroom. Located in a safe quiet residential area which is central to all Nanaimo has to offer.

Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need.

The suite is on the lower level of the house and has limited views of the valley and distant ocean views. It offers beautiful sunsets which allows for peace and tranquility.

Occasionally the deer will stroll by, we have a few Stags (male deer) in the area. No worries they are on the other side of the gated and fenced yard and do not have access to the private area.

The beach and seashore is five minutes away, within walking distance or if you prefer to drive.

Make your reservation and enjoy the best that Nanaimo has to offer by staying in a central, easily accessible, yet private location.

Note: there are 30 steps to take down to the suite. There is a railing for safety.

Very pleasant, comfortable, well-equipped suite, in a lovely, scenic,quiet neighbourhood, with easy access to many amenities. The coffee pods and tea bags provided were a nice touch.

Nice quiet location close to Neck Point

Clean modern suite with well appointed kitchen Excellent supply of cooking supplies, dishes, etc.Comfortable bed. Our only suggestion would be to replace the loveseat as it is the only seating option other than the kitchen chairs and it was not very comfortable and the reclining feature didn’t work properly.

Hidden getaway

The property was great. The stairs were difficult...maybe need a railing along the house but all else made our stay good and it was easy for meals etc. Liked the fact there was a bath tub and lots of cooking materials. Couch was broken on one side but very useable. Thanks for the pleasant stay!

We had everything we needed. Cozy and comfortable home. VeryClean and quiet. The only problem was the amount of stairs down to unit. Difficult when having large luggage to carry down & up. Other than that everything was perfect, thank you!

Cozy little gem.

We had a lovely visit to Nanaimo and this property exceeded our expectations. Very clean and nicely furnished. All amenities were provided and we were able to relax and enjoy our time with our daughter who is attending VIU. Couldn't have asked for a better place.

The best location and accommodation

This was an incredible spot to stay, perfect for exploring Nanaimo and other parts of the island. So clean and they have thought of everything to make for a perfect visit! Highly recommend and would stay here again without hesitation. Thanks for a great experience!

Very nice

Well maintained suite in a quiet neighborhood. Host and hostess were very responsive to requests. Only 10-15 minutes from downtown Nanaimo by car. Works highly recommend.

Nice one bedroom suite

Great for two people and a short stay as its a bit small but a nice location. Hosts were great. Never had to ask for anything as it was already there. Would have enjoyed a bbq in their nice outdoor space. Overall i would stay again. Thanks for hosting us.

Enjoyable stay

Overall an enjoyable stay. Very clean, quiet & well located for our needs. Not good for people with mobility issues because of stairs. Lot next door has a major construction project. We were lucky it was not active during our stay. Otherwise the noise & dust could be difficult, as the access stairs face the construction. This was not mentioned in the owner's posting. No off street parking. Ample street parking but need to park on downslope to avoid construction site. Host was friendly & available as needed.

Great stay!!

The place was just as described! It was very well thought out as to what we would need. Everything was there. It is a new build and very well taken care of. Everything was of high quality and comfortable. The place was VERY clean. We were only able to come across on the later ferry so I informed Dean that we would be later. When we arrived, it was dark but the lights were turned on for us inside. That was very thoughtful and accommodating! Thank you!! I would recommend this place to any couple! We were very busy but wish we had more time to spend in the outdoor area. …perhaps next time will be a little more relaxed and have that extra time to hang out. Looking forward to it as we would certainly book here again!
