"Easy access to conservation areas and National Seashore great! The motel is old and needs work. Door with screen into little patio did not close. Microwave was OK. Hot water dispenser didn't work. King bed was comfortable. Interior paint job needs retouching. Plenty of hot water. Heating/AC way too loud."

"The staff was friendly but the walls are THIN and you hear all the noise. The person above me was stomping around from 11pm to 12:30pm woke me and couldn't sleep then again at 6:00am I tried to move my room but could not be accommodated. If you are a light sleeper sensitive to noise DO NOT STAY here."

"We only stayed for 2 quick nights, but the property is lovely and impeccably maintained. The fact that the owner, Phil, is onsite and shares his personal cell phone is great. They also share a different text line for any needs that arise during your stay. We were able to get to various parts of the Cape for meals etc very easily. The pool was closed as it was off season, but they have a great area with a fire pit and several Adirondack chairs that was a nice bonus. Would certainly return to this...

"This place ticks the boxes most important to me- the three Cs- Clean, Comfortable and Conveniently located. Right across the street from beautiful Bass River, this family run hotel is one of my favorite places to stay on the Cape. It's not big and fancy, just a pleasant place to stay and reasonably priced. "The hotel wasn't much to look at from the road, but the room was clean and updated. The lock to the room was a little odd and hard to work, but not a deal breaker. Check in staff was great, the hotel was very quiet for being right on route 6, and we were right in thy middle of everything we wanted to do. Great value for the price."

"Indoor pool was very nice, especially since the outdoor pool wasn’t open yet. Have had many free breakfast buffets at other hotels so was surprised that we had to pay $18 to have it. The food & selection was pretty good but have had similar for free other places."

"The Breakfast muffins were fresh baked every morning. A/c Heat unit worked great. Place was just perfect and the owners could not have been nicer or more acomodating. Will go back again and again."
