"The property was very clean and comfortable with an amazing restaurant. The room was much larger than it appeared in pictures and had a large bathroom and every amenity needed. The resort was wonderful except for the pool and jacuzzi area. The pool was very cold and appeared to be dirty or unfiltered. The hot tub was moderately warm but also appeared to be unfiltered as the emptied and refilled it daily. Not recommended to come to this resort for the pool. "

"Overall nice stay. The view on a clear day is beautiful, the breakfast buffet is good, the pool area is lovely, massages were great. Staff is kind - shout out to Nelson who helped me recover my passport lost in a plane. On the downside the steam room and sauna were not working well, we did not get house cleaning on our second day and we did not like that the shower water dripped onto the whole bathroom floor. Just feedback for the team which I’m sure can be remedied. "

"Gaia has very clean and comfortable modern rooms, a great staff and restaurant, and amazing views. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I ended up staying there for two weeks in the winter of 2022. "Staying at Pradhan House is like being at home. The rooms are spacious, and immaculately clean, The location is just off Dattatraya Square, so within walking distance of all the sites. The family are so welcoming and the breakfast is amazing - filling you up for the day sightseeing. Definitely a great base and highly recommended "

"The property was beautifully designed, comfortable and the breakfast provided was delicious. The only downside was the courtyard was very brightly lit at night and the curtains were very thin white fabric which meant the room was not dark at nighttime and prevented me from a good nights sleep. "Beautiful hotel with so many flowers around that you felt like you were in a magical garden. The staff always had a smile and took care of every need. My "villa" was in the forest where it was quiet and peaceful, except the day the hotel next to us had a wedding, lol. And the view from the rooftop of the hotel was spectacular despite the haze of the summer. If you're goal is a view of the snow capped mountains, go in September- November. "The hotel property and service were excellent. The problem with this visit was that the mountains were not visible. We went in the recommended month, April, to see the mountains. All we saw was smog inversion from Kathmandu. There is nothing else to do around the property except view the mountains and use the resort facilities. The spa was excellent."
