綺麗なホテルで客室も清潔で快適に過ごせました。最上階のスパ（お風呂）の脱衣所にスリッパのまま入ってる人が結構居て、スリッパを脱ぐ場所が分かりにくいのが残念でした。海外のお客さんも多いので、そう言ったマナーやルールは分かりやすくしてもらえると皆が快適に使えると思いま す。ぜひ改善をお願いします。

夜１０時の到着でしたが事前支払い済みのためかチェックインがスムー ズ 部屋は清潔でエアコンが稼働していたので適度な温度でした 水回りは清潔で、シャワーの量、温度は十分でした 浴槽からの眺めでも特に汚れている部分はなく、注意して清掃されている感あり 事前にメールで枕についての要望を入れておいたところしっかりと対応されていました 一つだけ、毛布の丈が短く足が詰まってしまい、引っ張って対策をするという一幕がありましたが全体としては 料金に相応しいホテルだと思いました

学生気分で楽しかったです
とても可愛いらしいお部屋で快適に過ごせました。 一つ何かあるとすれば雨が激しい時に数日泊まったのですが洗濯機の風乾燥機能では全く乾かず ベランダにも干せないので洗面所の天井かエアコンに対して正面の位置に一箇所物干し用のフックみたいなのがあれば助かるのにな、と思いました。 それ以外は静かで綺麗で便利で快適でした。

Comfortable, clean, easy, owner of apartment was more accommodating than was expected. Kawagoe area is good. Matoba station near Nagatoro and Chichibu and not too far from Ikebukurou.
