The Workshop is a luxury home located in the heart of Alsace with superb views of the surrounding mountains to the east, the Vosges and the Black Forest in Germany to the west. It is located on a 1 hectare property. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with showers and Jacuzzi brand Porcelanosa NP. For your convenience, the house has 2 separate toilets. The kitchen is fully equipped.

Magnifique propriété au milieu des champs de maïs, aucun souci de trafic avec les enfants qui ont pu courir autour de la maison, terrasse avec vue et logement spacieux, moustiquaires et climatisation ! Les propriétaires nous ont mis à disposition les équipements pour bébé. Le spa est grand et propre mais un poil trop chaud.Proximité avec un grand supermarché et pleins d'activités pour les enfants accessibles en moins de 30minutes.Nous n'avons pas pu profité de la piscine (automne) mais cela doit être une super plus-value en été.Nous recommandons le logement pour les grandes familles car les 3 chambres sont bien fonctionnelles. Peut-être prendre une barrière de sécurité pour le haut des escaliers avec des petits.

Das Ferienhaus und die Lage war für uns ideal. Zentrale Lage für viele Ausflugsziele.Besonders genossen haben wir den Whirlpool auf der großen Terrasse. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend.Wir können das Ferienhaus nur weiter empfehlen und würden wieder kommen.

Erholung pur

Dieser Urlaub war sehr erholsam. Das Haus steht außerhalb des Dorfes am Feld. Wer Ruhe liebt findet dies hier. Der Jacuzzi ein Traum und der Pool ist auch sehr schön. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Man merkt es garnicht dass sie direkt daneben wohnen. Das Ferienhaus hat auch alles was man braucht und die Betten sind auch sehr bequem. Kommen gerne wieder.

Relaxing base, well located, great facilities, helpful owners

It was as advertised, great location between Colmar region and Black Forest. Spent mornings sunbathing on private patio, explored local (within 1 hour drive) places of interest, evenings out on the patio and in the huge hot tub. Although the swimming pool is next to the owners house, it was always just our family which was nice. Incredibly quiet location but only 10 minutes drive from local very well stocked large supermarket. Owners very helpful (suggested great places we might want to see which were places we did indeed find interesting) but not too intrusive. We would recommend this place for families and/or adult only groups. Of course you need to have a car (we drove down from Strasbourg but equally accessible from Basel airport).

Auf unserem Kurzurlaub vor Ostern haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr hochwertig ausgestattet und liegt sehr ruhig. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, eine klare Empfehlung für eine schönen und entspannten Urlaub.

A very special family holiday!

We had such an amazing stay at Domaine Thierhurst B&B in Nambsheim. Marc-Andre was extremely helpful before and after our arrival, and Bénédicte and Jean-Jacques were very helpful during our stay. The property was very clean and comfortable for our stay. I appreciated the modern decor and spacious atmosphere here. We also enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and a chance to get away from the city! 10/10 such a wonderful experience and lovely people. We hope to stay again!

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub!

Wir wurden von unseren sehr netten Gastgebern optimal versorgt. Wir haben eine Menge an nützlichen Infos rund um unseren Urlaubsort erhalten. Das Haus ist perfekt, es liegt völlig ruhig in einer sehr schönen Landschaft. An der Ausstattung fehlt nicht, alles ist vorhanden. Auch die neuen Klimaanlagen in den Zimmern machen den Aufenthalt bei den aktuellen Temperaturen sehr angenehm, natürlich auch der große Pool. Absolute Empfehlung von uns!

Great place

We had a god impression of the house and the site. Everything was easy and we felt welcomed. We didn't encounter any problems related to the rental during our July stay in Alsace. Very friendly and helpful hosts who don't over-advertise the place which is better than in the pictures. Minor remark: The house's interior design seemed more suitable for a 6 adult (two-three families) rather than for 4 adults of one family.

Entschleunigung pur

Es war ein sehr entspannter Urlaub. Das Haus war für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Teenager optimal- zu 6. wäre es etwas eng geworden. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter lief problemlos, egal ob auf Deutsch, Englisch oder Französisch. Die Lage ist für Tagestouren im Elsass super, alles in ca. 1 Autostunde zu erreichen. In der Küche war alles ausreichend vorhanden, so dass nicht jeden Tag gespült werden musste. Highlight der Terrasse: Ausblick vom Whirlpool aufs Feld- und ein Gas-Grill war auch da:) Der große Pool ist ums Haus herum erreichbar, nutzbar von 10-20:00Uhr, da auch die Vermieter ihn nutzen. Wir waren aber immer allein dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wunderschöne Spätsommertage

Wir hatten einen ganz wundervollen Aufenthalt. Das Haus, die zauberhafte Lage, die Stille und natürlich: die Herzlichkeit der Gastgeber… besser geht es nicht. Viele schöne Orte in der Nähe laden zu Ausflügen ein und sind mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Abends konnten wir uns dann in der toll ausgestatteten Küche französische Spezialitäten zubereiten und genießen, um dann den Abend mit einem kühlen Glas Crémant im Whirlpool ausklingen lassen… was will man mehr?! Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder…

prima lokatie,goed uitgeruste keuken,modern interieur,heerlijk zwembad,alleen wel te delen met gasten van de naastgelegen B&B.Landschappelijk niet echt interessant want het domein Thierhurst staat temidden van uitgestrekte maisvelden.Eigenaar staat huisdieren niet toe, maar de 2 hondjes van de eigenaar kwamen dikwijls op bezoek. Verder weinig contact met de eigenaren.

A French holiday to remember September 2019

A well laid out property with very high quality fixtures & fittings ideal for a peaceful & out of the way rural location. Extras included 2 hot tubs and a swimming pool for relaxation. Would suggest having a welcome pack in various languages covering how to use the various equipment in the property which was of a very high standard. To include also list of shopping, pharmacy, Doctor and hospital facilities if needed. We had a great holiday and will recommend the property to our friends George V. Stewart & Family

Excellent Gite in a peaceful location.

We are a family of four with two teenagers aged 17 & 13. The Gite was very comfortable, clean and well equipped. The shared pool was a good size and kept very clean, and the hot tub was a great feature. The location was very quiet with a lovely garden, and surrounded by fields of maize. Plenty to see and do in the area, lovely medieval french villages in the Vosges, and just across the Rhine the beautiful Black Forest. Would recommend the gite to families wishing to holiday in the area.

Our week in France

The property has wonderful facilities and the owners have put a great deal of thought into the contents of the property/environment. The house has a high standard of cleanliness. We enjoyed our week in the property and used it as a base to explore Strasbourg, Colmar and also visited Europa Park. We enjoyed using the pool and the hot tub particularly as it was so warm the week we stayed there. The owners were welcoming and took time on a number of occasions to make sure that everything was alright with our stay. Our experience in renting this property was very positive. Many thanks.

Wunderschön gelegen, perfekt ausgestattet

Das Haus liegt herrlich und ruhig, trotzdem sind alle Ziele in der Umgebung mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Bei der Ausstattung hat es wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!
