"美味しいお料理と美味しいお酒、気持ちいい温泉♨️、客室も素敵で、贅沢な時間を過ごすことができました。 夕食の時のスタッフは若いお兄さんでしたが、一生懸命丁寧に説明してくれて、好感が持てました。 お部屋が一つ一つ違うので、また別のお 部屋を選んで泊まってみたいと思います。"

"24時間以内にチェックインメールが来ると表示あるも15時になっても来ませんでした。他の部屋にチェックインのお客様が部屋にあるタブレットで楽天に連絡してくれて何とか入室出来ました。あとでわかった事で、予約完了画面の「施設への問い合わせ」から入室ルームナンバー等の表示がありました。 大変分かりづらいでした。"

"家族３人でお邪魔しました 子供がまだ1歳なのでレンジやキッチンがあったのは助かりましたし、広く非日常な空間は私達にも刺激になりました アメニティ(くし、女性用のメイク落としなど)がもう少し置いていただけると助かります また来月か再来月に予約しようと考えております その際はよろしくお願い致します"
