"We try to stay here whenever we are in this part of town, mainly because of the real onsen that they have. Other things I like: potable water right out of the faucet in the bathroom, overall cleanness, and closed to stores and train stations. "

"I highly recommend this place. It is clean and quiet. The staff is nice and efficient. They have wonderful breakfast. It’s not only a good place to stay, but their restaurants and coffee shop are amazing. It’s reasonably priced. "

"Fantastic hotel and location! Highly recommend staying here. The public bath is a great benefit that most hotels don’t have, especially for the price. Location is close to shinjuku so it’s easy to get anywhere. The local station is just across the street and the neighborhood is quiet, safe, and clean. I also stayed at APA Roppongi Six and this hotel was much better. Stay here. "

"Had a great stay here for our 3 week trip! Got the superior deluxe rooms which are pretty spacious, the staff are lovely and the hotel is nice. Location is perfect - close to Okubo station and the yamanote line Shin-Okubo station. Carpet in my room did have some stains on, but the soles of my slippers didn't get dirty as I walked round it so it is clean. The only thing I noticed was that there was dust gathering in the aircon vents. These were minor though and I would really recommend staying...

"The hotel is cosy and clean, room is average in size. Location is optimal next to Nishi-Shinjuku metro station. Staff is helpful. The room had a little bit of musty smell, which was a minor negative thing."

"Super clean property, staff was helpful and friendly, perfect location in Tokyo close to several tourist areas, safe location with restaurants and stores immediately next to it. Would definitely stay there again, highly recommended!"

"Great hotel! But if you pack heavy this may not be the hotel for you! Otherwise great location, near park, Family Mart, Starbucks trains, etc! We stayed for 7 nights with the only “issue” was room size but we knew the rooms would be small just weren’t mentally prepared for it. Definitely recommend staying here! "

"location is ok for price if you want cheap; you do need to walk a bit to get to the main Shinjuku station. We had a toddler along with a pram in the room and suitcases so even less space. Also the hotel is next door to a gravesite which we didn't know before booking. overall its ok for a cheap place, its clean has a microwave on 1 level and along with washing machine and dryer. 7/11 down one end of the street. very quiet street if thats what your after"

"The check in was quick. Location is good to get around and for food. We stayed in the south tower and the walls are very thin so i could hear noise from next door and above. The swimming pool was also closed, which we were not told about but found out via the website, which was a shame as it would have been good to use as it was hot."
