The beds are extremely comfortable unlike the beds at the major hotels so we were able to get rest well to recover from 13 hours flight.
Unfortunately unlike other guests, we didn't get response from the owner quickly. We got a response 3 days after we checked out which was not a big deal anyway. "

The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was also great with good water pressure and hot water. The staff was super friendly and helpful - plus the hotel has bikes on site for rental which a great way to explore the area. "Loved this hotel! Staff were helpful and friendly, and the breakfast is amazing - incredible seafood and other options - probably the best hotel breakfast we’ve had! The hot spring spa on the top floor offers a great view along with a clean and comfortable experience. Some of the tile is getting a little dated, but overall it’s great. We wish we had a Japanese style room, but there weren’t many listed on the Hotels.com website.
