"The hotel is really nice… but I wish I knew a couple factors before I booked because I wouldn’t have booked it. The hotel is pretty nice and the staff is pretty responsive. My issue was that the amenities were all down. Like the sauna or the pool. Also the convenience store inside of the hotel is not 24/7. Our room heating system was broken. It would not turn off the heat so we had to ask the staff to completely turn it off in our room. Also, A/C wasn’t an option as they shut down that option...

"Internet was incredibly slow. Gym required a pass each time you used it, there was no water or cloth to wipe the equipment down. Everyone's sweat was just left on the equipment. When I asked for water at reception she told me to get it from the convenience store. It should be complementary. The shampoo smelt very toxic (like bleach), I believe it has been tampered with as when I took it to reception it was exchanged for shampoo that smelt like it should - it was very worrying and they didn't...
