"Property is nice and comfortable, nice bed and decoration very luxurious, but I have some complaints, the water pressure in the sink was too high I had to be very careful so no to splash it and even though it was really difficult. Same with the liquid soap you push and it comes a lot so took too long washing hands. Finally the toilet douche or temperature adjustment didn’t work, I come from America so I was not expecting it anyway but it would had been nice. Personal very nice and helpful....

"While the location may be a hike from areas like the train station or Gwangalli Beach, the property itself is very swanky. The room is spacious, the appointments are very high end, the beds are soft, and the bathrooms are *to die for*. I felt like I'd been in the shower for an hour after just 7 minutes.
Great hotel."

"空港から直通の電車がでており終点（沙上駅）駅前にあります。キオスクでチェックインします。職員の方は２階にいらっしゃいます。部屋はツインですがやや狭く机やいすがありません。冷蔵庫とコンロはありますが調理器具や食器もありません。シーツの交換もありません。ただ最近建ったホテルなので全体的に綺麗です。ウイークリーマンションみたいな感じです。ホテル付近には美味しい飲食店があり満足しました。"

"Free draft beer in the evenings was a plus. Bed was comfortable.
At check-in, we were told breakfast was included, it was not. There were no USB or US plugs in the room. The shower door would not close completely leading to water on the floor. A serious security issue is that the room number is taped onto each door card. If dropped and found the hotel and room number would be known. Additionally this indicates the cards are reused so a scanning tool can be used to duplicate the key to...

"I stayed at the Grand Mercure Ambassador Hotel Changwon for a friend’s wedding and absolutely loved my experience. The hotel and rooms were clean, ambience was calm and the staff were professional. Don’t expect them all to speak English and there is no free breakfast on the day of your check out. Breakfast was buffet and gourmet, and I loved the bathroom amenities and toiletries— that bidet (finger taps). Enjoyed the wedding which was also held at the hotel. All in all a solid 8.5/10."

"The location of this hotel is great, right next to the KTX station and many trains and buses. The view of the harbor is pretty. However, it is a very busy hotel and was a madhouse at times. One of 2 dryers was broken and the men's washroom was closed for the entire time we were there. Breakfast was good, though it was difficult for them to keep up with all the people. Coffee was very nice. Efficient set up with luggage storage before and after our stay."
