"Nothing works. On the terrace patio there were 3 propane heaters, but none of them worked, no propane, the TV didn't work, none of the ice machines worked. When we called the front desk, the lady confirmed none of those things work, she said she would call the bartender to see if he could do something, but nobody ever followed up."

"They only clean our room one time during our stay. Reception was very rude. They confused my checkout date and asked me to return from a trip to clarify their mistake. Breakfast is not good. They said the gym was under construction and I had to go to a different location to used."

Breakfast area--large bucket on top of the trash can where you were suppose to dump liquids---included coffee, water, juice, milk etc---smelled and unsightly. One staff member when we checked in very nice, professional. One staff member when I went to print boarding pass---computer didnt work was not helpful rude and unfriendly."

"Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly. A lot of negative reviews didn’t fit with this hotel. Small parking spaces—almost every parking lot in San Diego had tight parking spaces. Industrial area-yeah it’s a busy area but it didn’t affect my stay with my son. It’s vacation so we didn’t try to sleep late. Get up and enjoy the day Homeless population-every city has this issue. It was what we needed. A place to sleep with a suitable free breakfast. My 10 year old thought it was a super fancy...
