"I was given a 2nd floor accessible room even though I did not request it. It was fine but not as convenient for things like showering. There was also something about the room that made network cell services unusable and airways never able to connect to the wifi. Everything was dial up slow. I've stayed in this property many times and never had this network or wifi issues."

Highly recommended taking public transit back to the hotel if you are attending an event downtown as Ubers are very difficult to get. Staff was friendly. They only have valet parking at a cost but it is convenient."

"Great boutique hotel. Design great but not over-top. Warm and comfortable. Bar and restaurant first rate. Stayed five days and ate breakfast four and dinner three. Housekeeping exceeded expectations. All employees friendly. If I had to pick any flaw, it would be that we hate refrigerators filled with junk for sale. Like to use refrig for leftovers. But a small flaw indeed. Glad than one is coming to Cincinnati."

Check in and parking a little confusing at first and ramp is tight especially for larger SUV’s. Great location for walking to restaurants and Progressive Field. I highly recommend Roost"

"7 am. Maintenance starts repairs on the room next to us. Banging on walls. This did not have to happen at 7 am. Ruined our stay. And when the valet brought back our car the steering wheel was sticky. Gross."

"The room was clean and spacious, and the building had a unique character. However, there was no coffee station anywhere in the hotel. The only coffee available was the in-room coffee maker, which offered a limited selection of coffee pods and no half-and-half."

"The breakfast options are okay. There is no coffee options after breakfast in lobby like most hotels l. Rooms are clean. Some items rusted in hotel. Pool is supposed to be heated but is really cold."
