    Myrtle Beach Villas II is a vacation rental perfectly suited for large groups including families and golfers.  Located on S Ocean Blvd within steps of ocean front it is just two blocks from Family Kingdom Amusement and Water Park and a short walk to many fine restaurants, miniature golf, shopping and other enjoyable activities.



    Centrally located, this beautiful 3,100 sf condo is fully equipped for your enjoyment includes:

We had a great time and the location and facilities were amazing. The pool could’ve been cleaner as well as the trash area. But the elevators and tokens were perfect!

Great Spot!

Check in info was great. Kitchen was very well stocked and maintained. Might want to check the fridge on the right, didn't seem to cool or freeze as well as the other on the right.WiFi could use an extender for the upper floor.Beds and baths were nice and comfortable for our party of 141 block walk to the beach, very convenient.

Wonderful family getaway :)

My family and I had such a lovely time ! There was plenty of space for all of us and we enjoyed spending so much time together while also having the space to have any alone time if we desired. We played games , ate together ( the extra large table came in more than handy ) . The parking was easy and everyone enjoyed themselves so so much ! We would be more than happy to stay there again :)

Perfect For Large Groups

These condos are centrally located to the beach fun and all the "touristy" things you want to do in Myrtle Breach! We had 30 people with us and we had two condos close together, they were spacious, good amenities and a BIG table for games and eating. They were perfect for large groups!

At Christmas we surprised our kids with a 20 year reunion we did in 2006. This was absolutely perfect for our families. Parking for everyone. Amenities and extras for the beach were such a bonus. Kids loved opening the closet and seeing the boards for the beach! They were all over that. Very attractive and pool balconies we loved just sitting out there together visiting. We did not do very much cooking there. Easier ordering or eating out while doing our excursions. We have 7 grown children and their kids. Cousins playing together at the pool while our kids visited with one another. Enough space for everyone and easy to get to everything. We had 7 Ave Cafe within walking minutes from us who prepared great breakfast and lunch sandwiches for the beach all toasted - delicious! Next to them was Jimmys grocery and liquor store to pick up supplies for the Villa while we were there. Just overall I could not ask for more from these hosts. The management as well. After getting our kids off on departing day, our flight was delayed !! Spring break and now we can’t fly out. I called all over trying to find a room for 2 people. Nothing. I knew I had to reach out and ask the Villa and Hosts, if there was any way of staying one more night. All that worry and stress and within a half hour to 40 minutes we were confirmed for another night. Not only that but they discounted the cost of the Villa for us. Amazing people to work with from beginning to the end!! Such a great team!!

Family reunion/vacation

We rented 2 condos here. They both had ample room for 18 of us to sit and visit together. Perfect for our family reunion. Close walking distance to beachfront which was very convenient . Had all the amenities of home . Everyone had their own bedroom and bath Would highly recommend this property for a large group.

Was a great size for our men’s softball team, close to everything and plenty of space, only downfall I saw was the water pressure in the showers, other than that everything was great

Location

The location was perfect. It was everything we expected. Very family friendly. Only down side was the kitchen trash can wasn't large enough, which caused us to make several trips during the day to remove trash from the unit.

My group of 12 was in the age range from 45 to 81. The rooms downstairs was ideal. The property had more than enough space.

Need’s Attention

We enjoyed the convenience of having our entire group in one location, but this place needs lots of attention. The stove top was broken. One of the coffee makers was broken. One of the sliding doors was off track. One of the toilet tanks leaked. The floor was dirty. The mattresses and pillows are worn out. The pool hasn’t been cleaned in months and the deck is filthy. It’s a real shame because the place has real potential.

Disappointed and Disrespected

My rental was from Tuesday 8/31 - Saturday 9/4. On Wednesday, I emailed the owner, Maggie Quinlan, that my shower sliding door had thick black mold buildup and sent pictures. As I was showering, the mold was rinsing into my shower. In Maggie's response, she told me to contact her cleaning company with further issues, so I did and copied Maggie on the email with more pictures of other concerns. The owner of her contracted cleaning company, Glenn Autry of Majesty Maids was extremely rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful... "Have a great week, we were going to come back out. A total reclean is not an option. At this point, I wish you well and maybe enjoy Myrtle Beach." Maggie did contact someone from a different company, Turn Key. However, I'm renting from the owner of the unit, not the owner of the cleaning company. 1. Mold is a health & safety concern. 2. I paid a cleaning fee and the unit was not clean. 3. Maggie passively handled the situation; not addressing the rudeness, disrespect, or unprofessionalism of her contracted cleaning company... or even apologizing. 4. I was over the vacation at this point; seems Maggie is in this business for the money and not to ensure her guests are at least happy with the unit and her customer service. 5. Maggie stated her unit has been "booked solid all season since March," this was a "challenging year for the cleaning company with very few workers," "condos are seeing a significant amount of wear and tear," there will be a "deep clean in the fall." How does this response supposed to make me and my family feel paying to rent a unit (including a cleaning fee) where the owner admits to shortcuts due to quick turn-arounds for the next guests. This treatment from Maggie and Glenn Autry of Majesty Maids is unacceptable! You must practice thorough cleanliness for each rental, especially with COVID still very relevant. Excuses are not an option!
