Welcome to our condo at Roxanne Towers with a spectacular view of the Atlantic ocean from a private balcony. It is in the PERFECT location in the heart of Myrtle Beach, 10 feet away from the Boardwalk and the new Sky Wheel. SMOKE-FREE and PET-FREE resort is directly oceanfront and centrally located in an upscale development, surrounded by beautiful pedestrian walkways, parks, shops, and restaurants. YOU MUST BE 25 YEARS OLD (IDs WILL BE CHECKED AT CHECK-IN) No pets please do no even ask PLEASE

Roxanne Towers includes sparkling oceanfront pools, hot tubs, a lazy river, and a fully enclosed heated indoor pool for year-round enjoyment with 24-hour security..
Our condo has a king-sized bed, new recliner and queen-sized sleeper sofa with air mattress, a full kitchen with brand new appliances and utensils, washer/dryer, 2 flat-screened TVs with DVD players, and free high-speed wireless internet access. A vacation at our condo is like being at home front and center on the Atlantic ocean. Come watch the dolphins swim by


MUST BE 25 YEARS OLD THE RENT THIS PROPERTY. Let me repeat that – do NOT be tempted to lie about your age to get a reservation. Every year there are many disappointed arrivals who are turned away when the front desk requires a show of ID – that includes a photo and date of birth. You will be ask ,if you are turned away you rent money WILL NOT BE RETURNED. DUE TO SECURITRY CONCERNS AND THE SAFETY OF OUR GUEST,THE DOOR LOCK CODE WILL NOT BE ISSUED UNTIL THE DAY OF YOUR ARRIVEL

302 was adorable. Very clean, enjoyed being there, right in front of the ocean. Weather unfortunately was a bit yucky, and husband had trouble with his knee and myself with feet issues cut our vacation short. Would definitely recommend Roxanne Towers, VRBO or the hotel itself. Very polite staff. Absolutely no complaints whatsoever!!! Also right next to the boardwalk with lots of shopping and restaurants.

Pros...very clean, friendly staff condo was updated and exactly as described.Cons ...parking crowded unless you crossed the street, only one hot tub, indoor pool small and not really room for more than a couple of people.

Great view and location!

We had a wonderful long weekend. The condo is very clean and has everything you would need. The view is beautiful and you are within walking distance to lots of amenities. I would stay there again without any hesitation.

Great Experience

This is a great property, owned by great people, in a great location. Oceanfront with a spectacular view. Neatest, cleanest, and most comfortable place we have stayed. I had a question and the owners answered my call immediately. The owner also provided local dining suggestions and tips about the area. Highly recommend and cannot wait to return!

Wonderful Condo

Exactly as described. Extremely clean. Comfortable furniture in great condition. Well equipped kitchen. Check in was easy and the people at the lobby desk pleasant and helpful. Walking distance to numerous restaurants as well as a grocery store. On the beach and a great value. We will definitely be back.

The condo itself was great. It was clean, spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. I love that the balcony overlooks the ocean and is covered overhead from bad weather. We would love to stay here again in the future.

The worst experience with a VRBO host

We stayed at Roxanne Towers through a VRBO rental. The building lobby is shabby and dated. Since we rented through Mr. Michael Waldrop, host, all I will say is that Rm. 302 was extremely dated and the owner is irrational. I had my service dog with me. The owner was notified several days before my booking that the dog would be with me, where he was trained, his breed, a standard poodle, and the service he provides. I had no response and I booked. Starting the first morning, the HOA manager started harassing my husband about the dog. I was in the room with a broken leg after falling several weeks prior. Mr. Waldrop, the owner of unit 302 called my cell and persistently called me a liar and that my dog was not a service dog, he was a "PET". We feared for our belongings while out. We called the Police to file a report. The HOA told the patrol officer that our dog was a "PIT BULL"! Again, he is a standard poodle! Additionally, we were told we could not enter through the front door, we had to use the rear door. ADA discrimination! The Police Officer spoke with management and the host Mr. Waldrop about the rights of me and my dog, and if they continued to harass us, we were advised to file charges. Mr. Waldrop refused to understand the laws and regulations regarding a service animal. The unit is dated, and the shower head fell off with the first use. Mr. Waldrop has sent me several bills over the 3 days we were there and VRBO has canceled every bill which is fraudulent. Beware

God beliggenhed

Fin lejlighed med flot udsigt og rigtig god beliggenhed direkte til stranden, tæt på boardwalk og i gåafstand til butikker og restauranter. Nem og hurtig kommunikation med udlejer. Lidt mange regler og instrukser. Myrtle Beach er et godt sted til en afslappet strandferie.
