BEWARE!! Stayed here for vacation, it looked nice in the pictures. Unfortunately it was NOTHING like the pictures & the place was a ghost town! It's run down, old, dirty & just gross. The lobby was closed the entire time, nobody to help with anything, the restaurants & bars were closed the entire time, the pools, hot tubs & lazy river were all CLOSED! Everything was roped off with caution tape, the hot tubs & lazy river were half drained & had disgusting water with trash & cigarette butts floating in them, they clearly haven't been used/working in a long time. The beds are uncomfortable, dirty headboards, one bed was broken & mattress was completely caved in on one side. We had to help swap out the mattress with one from another room. Sheets didn't fit new mattress, so we slept on a plastic mattress protector. I messaged host about the misrepresentation of the property & she offered us wristbands to use the pool at another resort down the road. We went down the road to use the pool at the Landmark & upon arrival were informed by staff that we could NOT use the pool or hot tub (even with the bracelets the host gave us) because we weren't staying there. We were told the host can't do that & the resort we were at is not one of their sister companies, so we weren't allowed to swim & had to leave. One indoor pool opened at the resort a day before we left, but everything else was CLOSED & nasty. Host refused any kind of refund. I would never stay here again! Ruined our vacation.
