Lovely Studio in the heart of Mykonos

If you want to stay in Mykonos Old Town - in the heart of this vibrant, phenomenal town - this cute modern studio (20m2) for two is an ideal base! Make it your home-away-from-home while you explore the many offerings of our beautiful city and island.



The space:

It offers more than a hotel room does, it's beautiful, and it's renovated! The clean-lined, modern space is ready to welcome two guests. There are two very nice single beds, a kitchenette, storage and hanging space for your things, and an ensuite bathroom. This spotless studio space has been well designed and planned out for guests' comfort and convenience during their stay.



The kitchenette is small but mighty with a mini-fridge and oven. You won't need much more because there are plenty of places to eat and drink within minutes!



Other convenient features of this nice room include Wifi access, air conditioning, a television, and essentials such as all of the necessary bed linens, towels, soap, hangers, shampoo, and toilet paper. If you're visiting in winter, no worries! There also is heating.



But the best feature of all is the location of this studio! It doesn't get better than staying in Old Town Mykonos, where everything is happening.





MYKONOS



Mykonos is one of the most popular of the Greek islands, known for its clear turquoise waters and beautiful beaches. Cycladic architecture of whitewashed houses dots the island and along the narrow marble streets of its capital city.



Most full-time residents live in the town of Mykonos, which also draws the most tourists. Sailing and windsurfing are favorite activities on the northern coast. July and August are its busiest months of the year when tourists and cruise passengers converge on the island.



Studio guests will enjoy exploring the winding maze of pedestrian streets, including the famed Matoyianni/Matogianni Streets with its whitewashed buildings, tiny churches, and charming boutiques. In the evening, check out Little Venice in the area of Charos with lively clubs and restaurants.

We would like to inform you about an important regulation mandated by the Greek government. From April to October, all guests are required by law to pay an Environmental Fee. This fee cannot be included in the booking price and must be collected separately before arrival, as stipulated by the Greek authorities.



The fee is:



€8 per night for apartments



€15 per night for villas

This amount is not a charge from us, and we do not profit from it in any way.



Once we collect this fee, we pay it in full directly to the government as a tax.



Unfortunately, we are not allowed to waive, reduce, or absorb this fee, no matter the circumstances.



Payment is required before check-in, as per Greek law.



We completely understand this might be frustrating, and we sincerely wish we could make it easier for you. However, we are legally obligated to comply, and without this payment, check-in is not permitted.
