"We absolutely loved all the antiques displayed. My friend and I were in our glory looking through the house and all of the antiques. It was a step back in time. We would recommend some nice rockers or good seating for the front porch. We wanted to sit outside and relax when we got there, but it wasn’t really set up on the porch with comfy seating for 4. "

"Very clean property and although pet friendly, the dog hair was minimal. Comments regarding low ceilings are accurate but not a big deal even at my 6'3" height. Very quiet to the point I took advantage of the white noise maker in the bedroom. Great interior and shower. This owner cares about the stay of their customers!"

"I left the children’s age for a purpose. Because y’all made us feel like we were high school kids again. Absolutely gorgeous views for a step up from tent camping. We will be back thank you"

"Beautiful, peaceful little cottage. Stayed for the weekend and enjoyed hiking in Harpers Ferry and the local restaurants. Our dog loved hanging out by the water and sitting on the swing by the fire at night. We will be back! "

"This is my familys second time staying at Lisa's property. Each time the cabin has been clean, well stocked, and no issues whatsoever. Lisa is very easy to communicate with and the property itself is special. From the relaxation under the canopy of trees, to the pool and creek access, there is plenty for a family to do. We look forward to our next annual trip!"

"Nice accommodations. The location is very convenient to town; however there are some hills involved if you’re walking. Parking in town was easy and available. "

"We really enjoyed our stay here, the location is perfect for exploring Harpers Ferry, within walking distance to everything. The cottage is well equipped, clean and cozy, perfect for a couples get away, would book again if returning to HF. The owner was very communicated, had well organized info for the stay and was easy to work with"

"This was a perfect stay. We were already talking about coming back to stay here after 5 minutes. All of the comforts of home. Cozy and comfortable. Drinking morning coffee outside near the stream, was the best way to start the day! The artisan touches and furnishings were very well done and added a storybook touch. We appreciated every detail and comfort to the max! "

"The cabin was just as described. It was super clean, well equipped, and very close to the river. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here."

"This is a great property with lots of space for a large group. Plenty of space to gather or get some space from your fellow guests. This stretch of the Potomac river is beautiful and uncrowded. We had a great time down by the dock. Host was very communicative. Highly recommend. "

"Everything was fine. Easy access into the house. We were greeted by Mike a little later and enjoyed his company and conversation. He was immediately available by cell to answer questions. Accommodations were just what we needed for our short family and friends visit. "

"The house was absolutely amazing and exceeded expectations. We were able to stay and not have to worry about a single thing - linens and towels provided. Coffee and tea was made available, as well. The owner left notes on each floor as a guide - very helpful! I initially had trouble booking through Vrbo - but the owner was very helpful and prompt in reaching out! Definitely a wonderful spot to stay, right in downtown Sharpsburg - would highly recommend! "
