The Moxy is fun and quirky with lovely rooms and amenities. We got a loft bed for our teen which was a great option! "

"The location is right in the heart of Myeongdong, very close to all the shops, but the rooms are quite small. The hotel is situated in a commercial building, with its entrance tucked away in a small lane, which makes it quite difficult to find at first. Additionally, at night, the lane is often lined with bags of rubbish, and there are usually people smoking right in front of the entrance. There are also a few stairs at the entrance, so you’ll need to carry your luggage when checking in and...

"金浦空港からタクシーで1時間前後の立地、明洞も目の前なので立地は最高です。 ロビーは開放感もあり、スタッフも皆様とても親切で日本語のできる方も多く丁寧でした。 クラブラウンジも良かったですが、朝食は下のヴッフェの方が良いとのことで滞在中はあまり利用することはありませんでした。 部屋は決して広くはなく、バスローブは古いのでこちらは少し使用するのに抵抗がありました。 またバスタブはあまり綺麗とは言えず、お湯も直ぐに抜けてしまうので、5つ星としてはバスタブは改装した方が良いと思いました。 アメニティーも環境を配慮し極簡素化。 ハウスキーパーによって清掃に差がありました。 立地やスタッフの丁寧さを考えたらリピートも考えますが、バスタブとバスローブは残念なので改善されると益々良いホテルになると思いました。"

"This hotel is not well maintained, the walls are all scratched, the rooms have a weird smell and its location next to the subway isn’t actually great because that subway line doesn’t take you to the tourist locations. Don’t recommend! The room was also smaller than expected and lacked lustre. The staff was also super incompetent, they tell you to use the laundry service you need to get the bag at the front desk but they don’t actually have it. Complete waste of time."

"3泊しましたが2日目のお掃除が中途半端でゴミ箱のゴミが捨て忘れていたり新しいバスローブが用意されていなく夜フロントに連絡入れて持ってきてもらいましたお風呂の排水溝のゴミが詰まりお風呂に入りながら掃除しなければ水が流れなくなったりしました髪の毛のゴミが捨てられていないのが原因だったみたいです 3日目のお掃除は丁寧でしたスタッフによって差があるのかもしれません全体的には良かったと思います"
