"We had an outstanding stay at Fivitel Cong Troi Dong Giang. The accommodation was clean and well furnished, the dining options were varied and delicious, the location is incredible, being right next to the beautiful waterfall. The accommodation is set in a securely gated resort, a buggy car transported us through the grounds to our accommodation. I also must highly praise the staff; when we stayed a member from our group had an incident and his motorcycle needed to be recovered. The staff were...

"部屋の設備はさすが日本式と感心した。 深い浴槽、ウォシュレット付きトイレ、smartTV等々旅先で困ることはなかった。 また、プール施設棟も秀逸で、1階のプールエリアの楽しさはもちろんのこと、フードコートや上階にある日本食レストランも文句ない。 ４階にある温泉はまさに温泉旅館そのものの大浴場、洗い場、サウナ、水風呂が完備されており、いい汗をかけた！ 特筆点は、夜便の場合の昼間の過ごし方だと思うが、朝食後にcheck outして、ホテルで荷物を預かってもらい、町に出て大汗かいてくることを勧める。夕方ホテルに戻り、温泉施設のビジター券（宿泊者は10％オフ）を買って、さっぱりとして空港に向かえる。 ホント使い倒せば楽しいホテルだと思う。"

"When I booked a room a month ago, I have received a confirmation message via hotels.com message. But when I arrived at the hotel, the owner didn't know at all about my reservation and said bluntly "no room available, you can go to my mother's Inn". The other place was dirty and old one, of course I didn't want to stay there! But somehow they were not willing to refund, hence I had to call/message "help line". My time and taxi fare to get there wasted! Watch out this can be you next time! "
