Sehr saubere, sehr schöne Zimmer und Badezimmer. Exzellentes Frühstück, fußläufig nur wenige Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof und zur Innenstadt. Von der Sauna herrlicher Ausblick auf die Nordkette. Auch das Abendessen im Restaurant war sehr gut. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal.

Booked (and paid) for a family room for 4. On arrival at PM 21.00 the reception was closed and a key for 1 room with 2 single beds was waiting for us - we had to sleep on the floor 2 Pers.! Contacted the hotel the day after and expected an appologise and a compensation. But no respons.
