"Un fracaso total, aparentemente todo correcto, pero en seis días solo hicieron el servicio de habitaciones. Contratamos a través del hotel un coche con chofer con unas condiciones que no se adaptaron a la realidad y no salio por un ojo de la cara.Si vas a este hotel aseguraré bien que te lo den todo por escrito"

"Overall a bad experience. There are far better hotels/stays for just a few more quids: Room condition: Degraded, dirty and with questionable stains everywhere and we witnessed ants moving pieces of food from under the bed (see photos). Cupboard couldn’t close properly and pops open midnight. Windows had strong watermarks so you can’t really enjoy the view. Service: The manager look-a-like gives zero respect to customers, abruptly stopping people mid sentence to say whatever he needs to say....

"For us this was a rest day before catching our plane at 3am. Everything was good, friendly staff, spacious room with AC, swimming pool and food (excellent prawn curry). Only downside, if you want the attractions of central Negombo it is 8-10km away. "

Unnecessary prolonged discussion re airport transfer (we had it written as included). Some noise. Very poor breakfast (compared to other hotels we stayed at). Grounds nice, but dirt area around pool (viz not paved), tired looking room with checked curtains and small vanity area. Location is proximal to airport, however little else...

"This is an excellent hotel when in transit or having early flight out of Colombo. We arrived into Colombo around midnight and our transfer driver was waiting to take us to vila diva as we had arranged which was included in the rate for our stay. The next morning we were transported very promptly back to the airport for a small fee. Both the room and transport car were exceptionally clean. I would highly recommend vila diva transit hotel for quality, service, location and friendliness"

"Perfect. A hidden gem in Negombo 25 easy minutes from the Colombo International Airport. The room was spotless and spacious. The pool was sparkling clean, relaxing and warm with plenty of exotic birds including parrots flying around. The food choices were numerous and tasty. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our every need including laundry services for a nominal fee and airport transfer arrangements. "Arrived after a long flight from Australia at 1.30am. The gates were closed and the place was in darkness. Our taxi driver tried ringing and banging on the gates but to no avail. We had to go to another hotel and pay slot more. Not happy about this."

"Enjoyed our stay here. Our room spacious and bed lovely and comfortable. Would benefit from ceiling fans but a/c was great. We enjoyed the sky lounge, both for breakfast and afternoon drinks. Staff were friendly and helpful. "
