  • El River House es ideal para jóvenes y mayores. Situado en un acre de terreno llano y con 330 'de costa, la residencia de un solo nivel puede dormir hasta nueve personas en sus dos dormitorios (uno con una cama Queen, y uno con un convertible Twin / King y Chaise / Single), un Solarium con sofá cama doble y sofá cama doble en la sala de estar. La casa es una verdadera casa de campo en estilo, tiene calor, electricidad y agua corriente. ¡Pero la casa no es para lo que has venido!

    Con su ubicación estratégica en un punto de un acre de terreno nivelado y rodeado por 330 pies de agua, se obtiene prácticamente todas las exposiciones desde el muelle, con la excepción del verdadero Oeste; Aunque debido a la forma del vecino río Delta, hay excelentes puestas de sol desde el muelle y el jacuzzi durante todo el verano.

    La casa en sí está situado a sólo 20 metros del agua en la parte frontal, y cuenta con un gran patio lateral (hacia el muelle) y un enorme patio trasero. La ubicación histórica de la cabaña en la tierra, y algunos árboles maduros bien colocados, permiten un poco de separación de los vecinos. Usted tiene toda la privacidad de una casa de campo de Muskoka con fácil acceso a las comodidades urbanas de Port Carling.

    A diez minutos boatride puede llevar a los lagos Muskoka (directo), Rosseau, o Joseph (a través de la histórica Port Carling cerraduras). Paddle directamente a través del río (cerca de 200 yardas) al mejor parque en Muskoka en el parque de Hanna, que también recibe el mercado local del granjero el jueves. This cottage is so cute and charming. The dock was the best part of our trip. If we weren’t playing in the water we were watching the boats from the dock. Loved everything about our stay. Thank you!

The location is fantastic beautiful scenery and the dock was an amazing add-on. Be sure to bring your own water toys as disclosed and firewood. Never leave anything outside as the raccoons will have a great time. Communication with the host was fantastic. Inside of the property was clean, I would’ve loved to not walk on such a tilt as the floor is uneven. The hot tub works perfectly. And our dog had a great time!

Superbe expérience

L’endroit propose un site propice pour profiter de la nature. Il se situe très près de la rampe de mise à l’eau ce qui facilite grandement l’expérience. De plus, il est près de tous les services tels que restaurants, épicerie…Nous avons passé d’agréables moments en famille.

Gotta say, no downside to sitting in the hot tub and watching the stars at night and boats go by during the day. And we had perfect fall weather. So restful. This place was as advertised and then some.

Great location for a family getaway.

We were very happy with the cottage. Being right on the water was great and the huge dock was nice for sitting in the sun watching the boats go by. Very rocky shoreline so a spot to more easily walk into the water would be a good addition. We had a great time and would love to come back again.

Great little cottage in an amazing spot!

This cottage is perfect for small families. It's in a perfect spot. Theres a nice little beach across from the cottage that also has a large playground for toddlers and older kids.It was fun to watch all the boats cruise up and down going to or coming from Port Carling. The dock is well designed for your boat and swimming!

Great 10 day escape

Enjoyed our stay. The location and cottage is as advertised. 5 min paddle to Port carling and right across from Hanna beach. Great big dock and while it’s quite busy travel way for boats it was still easy enough to find times to swim.

Perfect location

We loved our stay. Perfect location right in the hub of the big 3 lakes. Great for boating with the public boat launch right across the river from the cottage. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need plus the added bonus of a waterside hot tub for evening relaxation. If like sitting on the dock and waving to passing families in their fancy boats then you'll love a summer weekend stay. Highly recommend

Quiet cottage on the lake

Great location with lots to do. Unfortunately the weather wasn't on our side so we didn't get to swim in the lake however we got some fishing in and some nibbles. The cottage has everything you need, just bring some linens and food. Lots of great small businesses in town as well.

Perfect spot

Second time staying here. Everything you need in a simple cottage get away. Large dock for sun bathing. Nice large yard for activities. Hot tub is a great addition to the fun. Thanks for the comfortable stay!

Great waterfront property

Everything was as good or better than advertised. Great hosts and amazing riverfront property in the heart of muskoka with a great blend of privacy and ability to connect with the area on the spacious docks and quaint town of Port Carling.

Amazing cottage, everything as advertised.

The property was beautiful, great view of lake with privacy. The hot tub was a great addition, everything you could need was supplied. Definitely will be booking for a longer stay next summer. Thank you very much.

An absolutely wonderful time

Our stay at the property was fantastic. Amy was very helpful in communicating with us about what to expect and remained responsive throughout. The property gave the kids plenty to keep busy with and the huge dock space gave everyone a great place to swim, sunbathe, fish and just have fun. Thank you for sharing your place with the world - a wonderful place to relax!

River time away

Amy communicated with us about the property when we had any questions. We enjoyed our time on the large dock, around the fire pit, and around the kitchen table. So close to Port Carling and other attractions. Thank you Amy.

An amazing stay at Port Carling

Incredible property, absolutely loved the dock and waving to boaters We are hoping to book for next year. We arrived with3 seadoos and a fishing boat. The dock is perfect to accommodate that. The cottage is perfectly rustic with Incredible property views and has everything needed foryour stay. We will be booking for next year.
