Located on the northern part of Lake Muskoka, it's only a 5 minutes to Bala or a 10-minute drive to Port Carling. Boat the "Big 3" lakes from here or enjoy the stunning views on Lake Muskoka.

PROPERTY
TIME OF YOUR LIFE - The property features level ground around the building, leading to the 150 feet of waterfront facing south-east. The expansive Muskoka Room offers a lounge area in a fully screened in room with dining for 16 and luxurious lounge seating. There's a dock with a covered slip for your boat, the water depth at the end of the dock is about 5 feet, a fire pit with 8 Muskoka chairs and two side tables close to the water, a Pickleball-court and plenty of parking for you and your guests.
