"We have visited the Hyatt many times over the last 10 years and both the service and upkeep of the facility have gone down hill . The front desk is chronically understaffed, usually just one person, even on a busy Friday night. The front revolving door is routinely out of service as is at least one elevator. The Hyatt’s best feature is its great food and drink menu and service."

"If you're looking to stay in Edina, the Homewood Suites is an OK value. If you're looking for 5 stars on budget pricing, you'll be disappointed. Gripes below. "This is a good hotel to stay in. The only problem is parking … if you park yourself and walk about a half mile to park your own car it’s only $27 a day additional. However, the best option is the expensive $40 per day valet parking. There is no other parking at the property. If I had known this upfront, I would’ve probably stayed somewhere else."

"The location was just perfect to where we needed to be. Close to restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping. The room was spacious and clean. Couldn't hear lots of noise which made for a restful sleep. The best surprise was the bar! We loved all the drinks there. 100/100 in taste, design, and the bar staff was so fun and friendly. Will definitely go back at this hotel if we are in MN again."
