"We had to extend our stay an extra day after both getting food poisoning at the food court place up the street. We had a full day of being hideously sick. When we contacted the staff it was all very matter of fact from them. They added an extra night and that was about the extent of their help. No checking up, no asking if they could be of any help, no nothing. They were friendly and welcoming up to that point, but the indifference shown after we were both so ill was quite astonishing. "

The beds were extremely comfortable, which made our stay even more relaxing after long days exploring the city. The location is the most important thing, as it is located in the middle of a busy area; however, the room was very quiet, and I could not hear anything outside. The front desk staff were outstanding — very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help....
