"Good experience overall"

"The room rent was value for money. There was no staff at the reception during my entire stay, checking in was pretty tedious. They send a code in the email. No reply to calls or messages. Breakfast was good"

"The rooms were too dusty and the mattress was old. They could at least get mattress covers that actually work without coming off. Good and quiet location. The aor conditioning wasn't working but I got fixed later. We asked for a fak as alternative and for given a dusty one that made me sick. More can be done to ensure they get the best value out of the rooms."

"Location is very desirable. Close to variety of restaurants and a terrific fruit stand. Set in the middle of an affluent neighborhood leading to the beach and Stanley park in minutes. Start your day with a brisk walk to the beach and join the locals. I would stay at Como given a chance to visit Vancouver again"

"If you’re looking to stay right in the heart of downtown, this is a great spot. You’re surrounded by shops, cafés, and restaurants, and the city has such a great vibe. Getting around is super easy too, with buses practically at your doorstep. The hotel was clean, the staff were incredibly friendly, and our room on the 7th floor was comfortable overall.
