"The property and amenities are average and staff were considerate. The problem was with Expedia and reimbursing us for an early checkout. Due to unforeseen circumstances we were unable to stay the full week. So remember that when you book with this company. Trying to get ahold of someone is near impossible and then they spin you around and put it back on the hotel. The manager at the hotel was considerate and gave us a free night stay for Expedias mess."

"The room was very clean and comfortable. Our breakfast was delicious. Would have appreciated complimentary coffee in the morning. We had to use the stairs because the elevators were down. They were a little dark and not very clean. Might have been a good idea to have someone check them out before sending guests to use them."

"A party started above our room at about 9:30. A really loud party. We called the front desk - they said they would talk to the guests. 10 minutes of peace followed by a louder party. We called the front desk at 11. Basically told they could only call the guests again, but had been hung up on the first time. 10 more minutes of peace followed by what sounded like a full circus. "I was there for a concert. It was very helpful they offered a shuttle to and from the Casino, the driver was great. All the staff were helpful and friendly and I would definitely stay there again."

"My bill exceeded what was quoted on Expedia"

"The staff during our 3 day stay was very helpful. The building inside including the rooms needs serious remodeling. The hallways, elevator, bathroom in our room and the general room had significant aging signs."

"Wonderful establishment with wonderful employees"

"Exceptionally clean, with incredibly comfortable mattress and pillows in an older style one story roadside motel which made it easy to get luggage in and out. Great location and an outstanding local restaurant right across the parking lot on Gull Lake. Very moderately priced which made it even better."

"They did not have the room I booked on Expedia available. I had booked a king size handicapped accessible room with a walk in shower. They only had a room with two queen size beds and a shower in the tub. I’m handicapped and have a lot of difficulty stepping into a tub. Also I find the policy of only servicing rooms every other day unacceptable."

"Staff was very nice. Room actually had a semblance of elegance. For a highway hotel, perfectly good."
