Todo genial . El único inconveniente que vi ,es el de las sombrillas de la piscina .Soy pocas y muchas de ellas están estropeadas .

Staff in the bars, buffet, and restaurant were AMAZING, however the hotel is a scam in many levels. The pack you buy with Expedia is (according to them) the "basic". But you have no way of knowing this, until you are there. They made us pay, and once the payment was complete for the whole stay, they presented us with a list of drinks, beverages, and amenities that were "included" in our pack. This was the Basic pack (so, as "All inclusive" you could drink water, soda drinks, and beer, with the cheapest quality and extremely limited options for other drinks). However, you could access to the "Premium" All inclusive (which was also restricted) by paying an additional amount. An then, you could go to the "Unique" experience, paying a lot more, and even then, you had to pay for some drinks. "All inclusive" means that. If you are not prepared to provide what you offer, you should not advertise that. First and last time at this hotel. Again... a pity, since the staff was truly remarkable. Specially Carolina, Raul, and Diego in the Buffet and bars (with exception of the admin side and the most stubborn receptionist we have ever encountered named "Jorge"). Hopefully, this will be useful for others so you look for other alternatives before sticking with this scam of a hotel.
