"The air conditioner was not working on 30 degree days. Brought the problem up to the staff multiple times. Also construction started at 8am below our windows."

"My family of 4 had a Family Room at the Savoy and it was perfect. Two twin beds and a king. Plenty of room. A big bathroom, tables to put all our bags on and very comfortable beds. It also had a great bar downstairs and convenient parking at the car park across the street that was discounted. Absolutely loved the Savoy!"

"Great location and lovely staff. Our room was spacious and comfortable EXCEPT that the room was stiflingly hot. Not warm. HOT. We had two portable fans blowing all the time, which made it tolerable for sleeping. I understand that the weather in Ireland is unusually warm and not the hotel’s fault but damn. 15 degrees cooler in the hallway The restaurant has delicious food and the breakfast was plentiful and inexpensive. Will try here again in the fall or spring"

"While we were only here for two nights, the hotel was perfect for the end of our 5-week journey. It was convenient. It was not too touristy. The rooms were sufficiently big enough and clean. The staff were amazing from the hotel desk clerks to the waitresses to the restaurant/bar managers. We really felt special and spoiled."

"I cannot say enough about how good My stay was. Staff were by far the best I have ever seen. Hotel and the room were spotless. Every Morning I had a traditional Irish Breakfast which was delicious. Unfortunately, there was Heatwave when I arrived 30c which even for an American from New Jersey is Hot. Bar staff were under pressure during peak hours 7pm onwards. I don't think they had enough bar staff but plenty of inexperienced floor staff. "Everything was great, except for the A/C, it wasn’t working and it was really hot in the room. But besides that everything was amazing!"

"The room was clean but it wasn't prepare for our arrival. The check-in proccess was a mess, the reservation was not registered and there was no one to help. We called the campus security who went quickly but didn't have the information as he didn't received it from the reception staff. The location was far from the bus stops, so the walking was very long and heavy considering the luggage."
