When I told the desk clerk, and showed him the picture I had taken, his response was that he would let "them" know in the morning--no apology or offer to find a room that had been cleaned. The toilet seat and bathroom floor were dirty. There was even an empty toilet roll on the floor."

"So i booked this online obviously through expedia. I drove all the way from san diego and got to rock springs at 10 pm. Signs said open , said vacancy...noone in office. I call and a rude guy answered, i asked if they are open , he says nope and we have no vacancies. I said i booked online , he said TOO BAD !!! so rhey get to pocket my money ??????"
