"Other than parking issue this hotel is ok. They didn’t have anyone to help with luggage and I had to park on the street one night because parking was full."

"great housekeeping team ,great breakfast highly recommended"

"Great hotel and wonderful staff. Everyone was so helpful and polite. From the first minute to the last. Comfortable bed and location made it easy to get to the airport and also to the mall."

"Camera spaziosa e pulita, bella vista. Palestra ampia ed attrezzata. Personale pronto e bene educato Colazione c'è tanto per la parte salata e fritta meno per la parte dolce come croissants"

"Breakfast staff were not efficiently prepared or just very slow given that it was not a busy morning i wasted almost half hour for them to acknowledge us and when they finally did they told us to give them more time to attend to us. Almost missed flight. So i left without breakfast although i paid for it. Overall rooms were pretty clean and comfortable"

"Enregistrement rapide et avec le sourire"

"Rundherum glücklich mit dem Hotel. Vom Zimmer, über Service, Gym, Breakfest bis hin zur Lage. Perfekt. Der Außenpool mit einem phantastischen Blick Richtung Down Town. Wer es etwas ruhiger mag ist hier gut aufgehoben."

"Everything was amazing"

"Excellent hotel in every way - service is above & beyond! Very helpful staff in all departments. Club lounge and Club room an excellent addition, I didn’t have to think about food, a great blessing for solo travel! Till the next time team Hyatt! Keep up the great attitude in hospitality."
