"Génial "

"Very tidy property with lovely welcoming staff"

"Everything was great. The host is attentive when needed but if you plan to use the pool or gym facilities you will need to be let in by the host. Not a problem aslong as you give 30 minutes ahead of time you need to use it."

"Had a wonderful stay at La Casita! it is in a perfect location and feels like a little oasis and hidden escape from the hustle and bustle of HCM. The pool was great and relaxing. It is a charming hotel with great amenities, staff were attentive, room was very clean and they serviced every day. It was a little dated but i think it added to the charm. Breakfast was basic/ limited offering but really tasty. Plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars a minute or 2 walk away so lots of options. Really...

"Nice serviced apartment for the price. Two 24hr marts just outside. Restaurants and supermarket all in the same building. Only downside is it's 40 mins from downtown and a little walk to get to the room."

"As always flawless. Great service and structure, calm and relaxing."

"Clean room, helpful staff, well maintained property. Highly recommended. Hope to visit again."

"I recommend anyone visiting to rent this property "

"Old furniture."

"The room got dust and hair, overall still ok"

"事前のチェックイン情報とかなり異なり、入室に手間取った（エントランスの開け方など）。また、共用部のジムも使用可となっていたが、テンポラリーでの宿泊者は使用できず、こちらも説明と違った。部屋もシーツが汚く、不衛生だった。残念ながら再度泊まりたいとは思わない。"

"Worst room ever. 1st night left right after checkin, returned late. Too tired and late to change the room so cleaned the floor ants and slept. 2nd night woke up at 6am with ants crawling in the bed. Packed up and checked out the room by 8am 3rd night not refunded from the hotel Details) Location was wrong. 12minutes walk from the reservation address. Different Tower and hotel name. Check in delayed by 1 hour. Keys were not ready. Even with delayed check-in the room was in a dirty...

"This place is beautiful the grounds are amazing the pool is amazing and was a great host would recommend it to anyone couldn’t say a bad word about it stayed aug 26"

"The steps in duplex room are very steep and no hand rail the ceiling in bedroom was very low, you cannot stand up. Tidy enough but ants in room. Area ok very quiet and walkable to restaurants and bars on riverfront, the shop we found was 15 min walk. Fine for a quiet start after long haul flight but would advise go for a larger room. Staff friendly and helpful."

"good"

"The room was nothing like the photos, not even close. The apartment was old, worn down, and poorly maintained. The mattresses were stained, the floors and tables were damaged, and the couch was broken with a large hole in it. The room also had a bad odor and did not appear to have been properly cleaned before our arrival. When we arrived into the room, someone was still doing laundry in the unit. Later, a cleaning staff member knocked on the door, stopped the laundry, and told us to leave the...

"The room did not match the photos. Wall fixtures were falling off, there is a lot of wall damage such as cracks and marks. Place was generally not clean except for the bed and countertops. Ants were on the floor. Bath towels had a bad smell and one of the bath"
