"Convenient location close to and train stations. Well Maintained accommodation with aesthetically pleasing fixtures and fittings. Comfy bed and helpful staff. Unfortunately we discovered long dark hairs in the shower and on the bathroom floor but not until we returned later in the evening. If not for this would have been 5 star Would still recommend."

"A lovely hotel just a stone’s throw from St Paul’s Cathedral, with an excellent selection of places to eat right on the doorstep. The room was small but perfectly normal for London, comfortable and well laid out to maximise the space. Breakfast was excellent, with loads of choice. The entrance was step free and the rooms were accessible. The aircon was excellent especially as London was in the midst of a heatwave! My only minor gripe was the bathroom’s sliding door, which was a bit stiff to open...

"Our stay at Clevelend Residences was very pleasant. Our studio apartment was clean, well-kept with all necessary amenities in a nice building 2 min away from Russell underground station and 2 min from food stores, cafes, and a movie theater, not to mention an 8 min walk to the British Museum. "Very convenient location. Right next to the Farringdon Station. You could hear a bit of the trains but it was not noisy at all. Plenty of restaurants and grocery shops near by. This was the second time we stayed at a master apartment. This time we experienced a bit hiccup with the electrical appliances ( washing machine and toaster). Communication with the CS team was courteous though would take a bit time to reach the ends. We would recommend this property."

"Plausible time travel decor - ambience conjures late 18th, early 19th c origin of building (in fact very eclectic but why quibble). Room comfortable and nothing lacking. Was provided with french press coffee maker for coffee service in mornings, nice touch. Plumbing also a whiff of days long gone: claw-foot tub with brass handles and regulator."

"This is our second time staying at the Rosebery. It is clearly one of the nicest options in London. AIR CONDITIONED to US standards - you will be very comfortable! The rooms are spacious, modern, clean and has all modern conveniences. The hotel is literally 30 yards from the Clerkenwell bus stop, which seems to take you everywhere very quickly! There are all sorts of wonderful coffee shops (Nero, Costa, Little Tail), bakeries (Freds, Gails) and cafes within a 5-10 min walk. We will consider the...

"Staff were all very helpful but the room was very hot and the a/c was useless. We struggled to set it ourselves not realizing that after you set it you had to press an on button. Staff did this manually from the front desk, but the temperature of the room stayed at 26 all night. Room was small but cleverly designed to not feel cramped."
