"The hotel itself is great and a majority of the hotel staff were super helpful. One staff on my last day implied my card was rejecting after trying to recheck in (it was not). Then several times made the process more and difficult. Even stopping me after I checked in, as I walked in to tell me my certificate was expired (I had already worked with management extensively on this). Other than this 1 staff member my stay was overall pleasant and the entire hotel was safe, clean, and the breakfast...

"The property looks great, it was a crap shoot if the elevator worked. There is no concierge to answer questions or help with the environment, the staff was interested in taking my credit card but not really providing much more. They would answer questions if asked, but service was marginal. It was an ok stay, but when I was paying a Ritz price, you should get Ritz level service and maintained elevators. If they lowered their prices, by 40% -60% it would come closer to meeting the standard...
