"The entrance and lobby at this hotel are simply gorgeous, a real attention to detail makes this a welcoming environment. The rooms are spacious and clean, and although the balconies are small, they do provide a lovely view. The solarium area and sunbathing spaces are ample and both pools were refreshing. The pool bar has lots of options and a nice food menu. Overall, having stayed in 5 or 6 hotels in the vicinity, Hotel Alay has proved to be my favourite and actually great value for money...

"We spent an incredible week at this hotel in September, 2025. The room 2902 on the 9th floor with a balcony was spacious and clean , the seaside/city view was lovely. There were some nice benefits of being premium guests like a free mini bar, free lounge and private rooftop pool. The hospitality team at the premium lounge Rocio, Agnes and Daniel went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Love the funky design of the lobby too. The pool activities were a real fun especially with entertainment...

"Hotel and the people were lovely friendly helpful and very tidy hotel noisy at sometimes with the Roof garden parties which we wasn’t allowed up on the roof while the parties were there which was a shame because I thought we could go up there at any time and they did go onto 1 o’clock in the morning, which I think was a bit late Especially for the people on holiday but wanted to get to bed early so I could get up early to go and see other things, but apart from that, it’s a really lovely hotel"

"Hotellet er nok litt slitent, men det er også det eneste negative. Veldig hyggelig betjening, god plass ved basseng, bra rengjøring. Gode senger, også sovesofa’n. Godt klimaanlegg i leiligheten. Noe støy når naboene festet, men det tålte vi. Fin beliggenhet, kun en kort gåtur til stranda og restauranter med god mat i nærheten."

"Location of the Palmasol hotel is really nice. During the sunny days it takes about 10 minutes walk to get to the sea beech. Surprisingly warm water in the middle of October - 23-25 (C) Palmasol also one of the closest hotels to Marina - huge place of attractions : restaurants, entertainment, all kinds of shops, game places, etcetera."

"Chambre impeccable, kitchenette fonctionnelle (mais une cafetière serait un plus). Personnel souriant, agréable, mais pas du tout polyglotte : espagnol et anglais. Bonne ambiance des activités (merci Gonzalo et Carole). Animations intéressantes et variées l'après-midi et en soirée. Mais pas mal de fermetures (superette, bar de plage...) qu'il aurait fallu préciser. Hôtel bien situé en bord de plage et de marina. Parc verdoyant et agréable. Restaurant du petit déjeuner copieux et varié. "
