"Good location, friendly helpful staff, excellent internet. Parking is a bit hit and miss in the road but ok"

"Rooms were nicely decorated, spacious and very clean. The grounds overall are well maintained. Breakfast was excellent."

"Borgo San Luis is a luxury destination! The four of us were treated as honored guests of great renown. The grounds were wide, varied, and immaculate. The breakfasts were special events for us foodies, and the swimming pool was refreshing even in October!. Parking was free, secure, and accessible. We easily saw why the Borgo was a destination for the weddings, feasts, and meetings that were taking place at the time of our visit -- but they were never intrusive. "El staff extraordinario El desayuno muy bueno y variado Las instalaciones son maravillosas y la habitación resultó muy amplia"

"Great selection of wines and knowledgeable staff. Daniella was amazing greeting us every morning with her great smile. Beautiful room with terrace felt spacious. Location great for day trips through tuscany"

"Overall a great stay! A bit off the core sights we were seeing. We stayed Oct 2026. It was still warm during the day and cool at night though the AC was already turned to heat. Pool is not heated so likely amazing in summer but was a bit cold for us, Hottub and Sauna for rent. The food service was great, very tasting and welcoming staff. "Struttura molto pulita ed al centro di colle val d'elsa. Ottimo, ci torneremo. Parcheggi pubblici nelle vicinanze. Struttura raggiungibile comunque con il proprio mezzo per poter scaricare i bagagli."

"Very clean room. The kitchen well equipped. Parking just in front of the b&b. Great wine tasting at Poggio ai Laghi in Monteriggioni that is from the same owner. Simone was an excellent sommelier that made our experience unique"

"The employees are absolutely the best! Excellent service. The room was impecable, and they did do the room service everyday. The pool was perfect for the summer (doesn’t have heater). The view is stunning. And the food is top! Definitely recommend it and hopefully we will be back! They also have the electric car charger in the property so it helped a lot!"

"Great room, nice view from balcony. Very comfortable. Excellent breakfast, tasty and variety. Staff were very friendly and helpful."
