"We stayed at the Carriage House over the Thanksgiving holiday. The location is very convenient to access, and has great walking areas around Vander Veer Park and the "Outing Club" area. The accommodations are comfortable and well-appointed, with period furnishings, comfortable beds, and plenty of space. "The property was exactly what we were looking for; close to a lot of the things we were in town to do. As noted in the description, there are trains right near the loft. Also, the loft is directly above bars (people, bands, etc.). But, the white noise machine and ear plugs were great! I would definitely book there again if I needed to go back to Davenport. Overall, a great visit!"

The upstairs bedroom was not air-conditioned, making it uncomfortable to use during warmer weather. The bathroom could benefit from a deep cleaning and some updates, especially the tub/shower. Addressing these issues would make the experience much more enjoyable."
