This home was built primarily as a residence and offers a couple of unique features that you'll most likely not find in other properties. No need to buy bottled water as this home has a water filtration system. Protected exterior sitting areas keep you blocked from the wind and rain! 5 of the 6 bedrooms have outside entrances so you can come and go without disturbing others. Approximate square footage 3300. 2 living areas, spacious decking, oversized private ocean front pool (salt water chlorinated, can be heated for $300 extra per week during 3/1-5/30 and 9/1-11/1 if air temp is not below 55F), small dog friendly, and the list goes on of reasons why SeaBatical is your vacation home go-to for all things fun and relaxing! This home is a small dog friendly property. Sorry, this home is NON-SMOKING.

Nice house, plenty of space, great heated pool. Incredible view of the ocean. Great access to the beach. The downstairs couch was not working and was broken, picky little things as far as cleanliness. Overall, a great place to stay.

Location was great. Overall status of house was good. There is one bathroom upstairs, the only one with a tub, that has mold on the walls and ceiling. The bathtub does not have a plug to secure water. It was difficult bathing children and parents did not feel comfortable having kids in there since we were not sure of the mold/mildew status. I tried several times to call the number provided to report it but it was always busy. It was nice to have ice machine downstairs for coolers and drinks. Spacious rooms for our family. Needs cookware updated. Pots and pans are limited and surfaces have been ruined. Overall great location and great time had. Just needs a few updates and a number provided to report problems. Steps from the beach and ocean which was great with small children.
