One Ocean Place 203 is a two-bedroom, two-bath oceanfront condo located 1.4 miles north of Garden City Pier. This unit includes a private oceanfront balcony, fully-equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, spacious living room, washer, dryer, central heat and air conditioning, hairdryer in both bathrooms, and ceiling fans. Three flat-screen TVs (cable), DVD player, telephone with unlimited national calls, and Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include one king and two twin-sized beds. Complex amenities include two oceanfront swimming pools, sundeck, hot tub, covered parking with clearance ranging from 6'-7.3', interior elevator system and outdoor shower. Limit two parking and pool gate access passes at check-in. No trailers or golf carts. No smoking. No pets. Maximum occupancy: 4

Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City. Other points of interest include Marlin Quay Marina and restaurants Sara J's Seafood Restaurant, Gulfstream Cafe, and Original Sam's Corner.

Just south of Garden City Beach is Murrells Inlet, a seaside community considered the "Seafood Capital of South Carolina" and home to some of the nation's best golf courses. Once primarily a fishing village, the town is best known for the Murrells Inlet MarshWalk, a half-mile-long boardwalk overlooking a pristine salt marsh, and the many award-winning restaurants along Highway 17 Business in the central business district.

Brookgreen Gardens, a sculpture garden and wildlife preserve built on four former rice plantations, is located slightly south of the MarshWalk. It features several themed gardens with American figurative sculptures, trails through several nature reserve ecosystems, and the Lowcountry Zoo.

If you're looking for places to shop, The Market Common, Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing, two Tanger shopping outlets, Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and Promenade, and many more shopping facilities are all within an easy drive from Garden City Beach.

Looking for entertainment and attractions? Take in a show at Pirates Voyage, Medieval Times, Alabama Theater, The Carolina Opry, or Legends in Concert. Then visit SkyWheel Myrtle Beach, Ripley's Aquarium, WonderWorks, Ripley's Believe It Or Not Odditorium, Hollywood Wax Museum Entertainment Center, and The Pavilion Nostalgia Park.

Other points of interest close by include the waterfront community of Georgetown, the third oldest city in South Carolina and the second largest seaport in South Carolina, and historic Conway, with its downtown Riverwalk area nestled on the banks of the Waccamaw River. Both towns include fine dining, shopping, and historic sites.

Take a day trip to Charleston to experience shopping, a harbor cruise, a city carriage tour, or a plantation tour. Charleston is only 87 miles from Garden City Beach - approximately two hours. It's a picturesque and exquisitely preserved southern city with antebellum architecture, cobblestone streets, and historical landmarks.

Clean, well supplied great view, good location great pool hot tub,.parking excellent, beautifully furnished, excellent check in and the staff were nice at the site and office. Very accommodating.

Girls Trip 2020

The location of the condo was very accessible. We parked on the upper level and walked right to our condo. The front door was also across from the elevator. The room itself had an amazing view in both directions. The deck was a really nice size. The bedrooms were nice. The way the furniture was arranged in the twin bed room made it difficult to get into the closet. Bathrooms were very nice. The kitchen was small but very functional, it had new appliances. Cookware was pretty bad. The non stick pans definitely stuck. The condo looked like they were in the process of updating. The new blue colors and white decor looked really nice. The plate and metal holders on the wall did not really fit with the rest of the decor. Overall it was an excellent condo to stay in. If someone in your group has a hard time getting around, I would totally recommend it.

Stunning views but very noisy

The views are stunning. But it does need to be updated and carpets etc cleaned. I am aware that it is not on the property owners but know before you go - this condo is on the second floor above the pool and hot tub. Other guests on the property stayed in the hot tub etc until after 11pm. Not too late I know but we preferred to wake early and go to the beach before it was too hot. The people talking could be heard clearly in the main bedroom. That combined with the fireworks going of every night, and loud music in the morning made for a far from peaceful vacation. The property has a no fireworks policy and even though security moved them from in front of the apartment block they could still be heard clearly as the people would move 10 steps down. Check-in is about a 40 minute process as there was a long line. Ensure all your paperwork is signed and completed. When you get to the desk it takes maybe 5 minutes. However we were given incorrect parking pass. Not on us. So got a parking violation. Had to go and see the property manager who gave another one, once again incorrect resulting in second parking violation. Make sure you get correct one with correct property number. The appliances are new. The pool, elevator etc is cleaned daily. Which is really nice.
