  • You will enjoy the more quiet end of the Garden City Beach in Murrells Inlet by staying in this well furnished , gated property condo with convenient elevator. There are truly beautiful views from this second floor deck. You can view the Marlin QuayMarina from the overlooking private deck. You can enjoy views of the Marsh Walk buildings across the water. The beach is accessible by walking across the street to a public walkway.
    There are two pools on the grounds,

    There is WiFi and cell phones are encouraged, no unit landline.

    There are Two King bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one with shower and other with shower and tub combo. There is a Pull out sofa (queen) bed in the living room. This unit is good for 6 people maximum.

    There is Assigned parking for one vehicle. Additional parking in overflow across street. There are Gated entrances and gated pools.

    Nearby attractions include the Garden City Pier and Amusements; the Marsh Walk which has numerous restaurants and watercraft rentals; and Brookgreen Gardens, a national botanical and sculpture garden.

    Bed linens and bath towels are now provided. However, please bring your own beach towels.

    The following items are not included: washer detergent, dishwasher detergent, paper products, soap, nor garbage bags. Please arrange for those supplies.

    PLEASE NOTE *At least two weeks prior to your stay, provide owner with your preferred mailing address to receive gate pass in advance of your visit, as well as check -in instructions. Check in is self check-in and is after 4:00 pm on departure no later than 10:00 am . These times are firm to allow cleaner the full six hours to clean.
    Sorry , but NO pets or other animals are allowed by the Rules of the Marlin Quay Homeowners Association. Golf carts and motorcycles are not allowed for renters.

This unit is available for weekly rental only from Saturday afternoon 3:00 PM until following Saturday morning at 10:00 AM. No short stay refunds.
Parking of one vehicle is allowed in the inside parking lot in Assigned area marked 205. One additional vehicle is allowed in overflow area .

Always amazing!

This is the most enjoyable place to stay. The condo has beautiful views of the setting sun and wonderful views of the marsh. Watching the shrimp boat and the activity around the marina is my husband’s favorite part.

Best condo in Marlin Quay

This was our 4th time staying at the Marlin Quay condos and was by far the cleanest and most accommodating. The condo has everything you could possibly need and we could tell walking in that it was a family vacation home and not just a rental. It was a perfect week!

Wonderful vacation

The condo was lovely and very comfortable and homey. The view from our balcony was great! We loved the property. The two pools are wonderful and very well maintained. The beach was right across the street. We had a great time!

Wonderful stay! This unit exceeded our expectations, such a nice place. Well stocked kitchen, great furnishings, the balcony was so nice, and the view was awesome. Very comfortable bed, and the rooms were spacious. Easy access to the beach. We did not use the pool but it looked nice. The elevator serviced 2 units per floor so we never had to wait long. Directions were clear and communication was good. Would definitely stay here again.

Summer Vacation

Awesome condo and location

We had a wonderful relaxing time with great views of the marina and marshlands. The condo was like a home away from home with everything you need to be comfortable. One of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed. Loved it!!! Would definitely stay again. Great memories!!

Great Stay

Great view of inlet from balcony and windows. Place was clean and stocked with amenities. Short walk to the beach. Close to Garden City with Myrtle Beach just down the road. An elevator takes you right to the room. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Awesome property!!

The condo was super quiet with the beautiful new windows and patio door. It had recently been painted and updated. It was one of the cleanest condos I’ve stayed in. There were also new furnishings. Watching the activity in the marina and the inlet from the balcony is my husband’s favorite thing. It’s convenient to restaurants and the beach is a very short walk away. Definitely our favorite place to stay. Sunsets amazing from condo.

Marinabeach!

10 yards to the marina, 120 yards to the beach. Two fine restaurants at the marinas edge. No need to move the car! The condo is spacious with a great view. A great host also!!

Relaxing Stay!

We had an awesome week at Connie's place! We loved the short walk to the beach! It was great having a washer and dryer available to wash beach towels and bathing suits. The views are priceless like out of a calendar! We did not want to leave! I would recommend this condo to anyone. condo to

Best Sunsets & Views of Murrells Inlet

We normally stay on the ocean front but decided on something different this time! It did not disappoint! The views were awesome & we had the best of both … beach & the inlet:) sunsets were awesome!! Enjoyed watching the boats come & go from the inlet:) Connie’s place was decorated beautifully & had everything you needed! My favorite spot was the balcony & even it was top notch on decor & furniture!! Best couch to enjoy the outside views & catch a nap 😊 quick communication as well! Plan to visit again sometime! Exceeded my expectations! Perfect place!

From the moment we drove thru the gate I was pleasantly surprised. I’m alway a bit nervous staying somewhere new. The previous reviews were what sold me on this rental so I’d love to add to it!! My family of 4 had plenty of room. The photos do not do it justice as far as space. It’s much larger than I expected. The ease of parking, elevators and access were perfect. The hostess was amazing and very attentive. Her son ever brought new chairs for us to use when we realize the others had been misplaced. Highly highly recommend this condo! Thank you, Lowerys for a great week!

Amazing Sunset Views

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Marlin Quay. The weather was perfect in low 80's and very low humidity. Perfect time to be at the beach. The covered balcony was so inviting. We enjoyed watching the boats come in and out of the marina all day. But the sunsets were the best. The unit was very roomy and the kitchen was well equipped with all the comforts of home. We loved our Keurig, but glad we brought a large coffee maker with us. Only one problem, check out at 10:00 am was way too early for us to leave this beautiful place as none of us are early rizers.
