A beautiful and huge cabin, filled with much to do and for all ages. Close to quaint Murphy and also to the Andrews Valley Rail Tour. The rail ride was a fun experience with extremely outgoing, knowledgeable and lively staff! Our overall experience with the rental was fabulous with memories made. The host was responsive and very nice. We thank you for sharing your beautiful place!

This was a wonderful place for 2 families to stay! Check in was smooth with the door codes being sent ahead of time. The house is large with plenty of space for different activities. Some of the games in the game room are well-used which was perfect for the kids to be able to use them without having to worry too much. Views from the decks are lovely and the drive into town is quick. The house was clean and checkout process was easy.

Great Getaway

Cabin is spacious and the views are amazing. There was plenty of room so everyone in our party could find a quiet nook, a game to play or just relax by any one of several fireplaces. It was the perfect cabin!

The screened porch doors were broken. Also a window was broken in there so we didn’t use that space. The game room needs some love with replacing equipment like ping pong paddles. Otherwise had a good stay

The cabin is absolutely gorgeous! It was very clean when we arrived, had absolutely everything we could have wanted! The beds and bedding were amazing, and comfy! Definitely coming back

Great views and convenient location

Great space and very comfortable accommodations. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds/bedding was very comfortable. We did have a LOT of stink bugs and lady bugs inside the home but we thought it could be a seasonal thing. Would recommend this home, the views and convenience of downtown Murphy and the casino are fabulous.

Unreal views, fun cabin

We had 6 guys together for a bachelor party. We had a ton of fun with the pool table, poker set, and pop-a-shot. We used the kitchen and grill to make some great meals. Plenty of space for everyone, and the bed rooms and bathrooms were excellent. Better than most stays!

We needed a cabin for 8 people with plenty of activities within the home between the casino trips. The cabin was spacious for us all. Our trip was during the first southeast snow/ice scare of 2026 but we stayed warm and cozy. NOTE: Although the house amenities were great; we enjoyed pool, cards, and the hot tub. The additional game room (detached from the home) was unusable for cold weather. The heat unit never worked properly.

Mountain Getaway

The property was beautiful. It was very spacious. We got a great view of the mountains from the living room balcony. Watching the sunrise on the balcony while sipping on my coffee was a scene I’ll never forget. It wasn’t far from hiking trails, restaurants, and entertainment. We were very impressed and will be returning with our family.

Fantastic 80th birthday celebration

We traveled to Murphy with our family for my birthday. One from Michigan, one from Indiana, one from NC and two from Florida. It was an outstanding weekend with many memories made and others reminisced about. The home is beautiful and offered us a place to meet. Would do it again.

Great Location, Beautiful View

View is breathtaking! Pros: Great view, great location, beautifully decorated, very comfortable beds, great price for size, reliable wifi/cell service. Cons: Could use a deep cleaning, water smells like rotten eggs and needs to be run for a while to make smell go away (well water), broken towel bars, one shower did not work, kitchen pots/pans are very worn (needed to purchase a few pots, pans, utensils at Walmart). House has a lot of games and activities (pool table, arcade games, ping pong, etc. ), but we spent all our time outside exploring the area. There is so much to do within short driving distance of the house. Overall, recommend the property.

Murphy trip

Lost remotes. Never could get reception on tv in master bedroom downstairs. Towels missing in Queen/children’s bathroom downstairs. Dead batteries in all remotes. All these problems I would suggest were the fault of cleaning crew. Broken leg on sofa downstairs. Great views and house layout were high points.

Beautiful but…

This house was stunning! There was quiet a few “little” issues w the house though. Make sure you have propane if you plan on cooking out or using outdoor heaters bc they didn’t fill the tanks before we came. Limited towels provided. Stovetop light didn’t work. If you flush while showering, the water turns to a drip which was slightly concerning and odd. Stairway railing bars are held on by one nail, not secured. Back door to screened area doesn’t lock. Nothing that was a huge deal to file complaint over but house definitely needed some love in some areas. Overall, I was happy w our stay though. Gorgeous place.

Not Impressed

This was our third year in a row staying in a cabin during the Christmas holiday season. We wanted to try a different location and stumbled upon the cabin in Murphy, NC. The "caretaker" Tiffany was great. When I saw a previous review mentioning that the home needed a deep cleaning and had an odor I reached out to her and she promised that the home had been deep cleaned and all repairs made. The home was clean when we arrived, but it still needs some updating and work. The deck has peeling paint and none of the outdoor furniture looked clean enough to warrant lounging on it. The game room is in a barely heated garage and several games weren't working. The towels were old, scruffy and had a musty odor. We ended up doing a load of laundry as soon as we arrived in order to have clean towels. The layout of the house is GREAT, but the furniture is a weird mix of rustic country and modern pop. This was noticeable in the pictures but very jarring in person. All in all , it was a decent trip. We enjoyed visiting the town and spending time together but the house wasn't as luxurious and inviting as I had hoped.

Beautiful property

The home was beautiful! The view was to die for! It was close to town, and had everything we needed! We enjoyed the pool table, all of the games and the hot tub! The space was great, to all be together, or have our own private spaces! Loved it! We will be back! Thanks!!

Amazing location for rest and relaxation!

We had an amazing time at this beautiful cabin. The mountain views are incredible and every space in the cabin is beautiful and thoughtfully planned to make you feel welcome and comfortable throughout. We stayed with two families, including three young boys and there was plenty of room for everyone. The views of the Blue Ridge Mountains are amazing, and the porch is spacious and comfortable to spend time disconnecting outdoors. The game room has many options and offers hours of fun for children and adults alike. The cabin has everything you need for an extended stay and the space is so beautiful you will not want to leave. A beautiful, and just challenging enough, hiking trail is right outside the front door and the location is close to a park with a recreation area, grocery store, and cute Downtown Murphy with great dining options. This is a wonderful place to stay and one we look forward to for a future mountain vacation.

This was an amazing place. Pictures are not enough. It was just as advertised only better and the location and views were over the top. 5 stars for sure.

Couldn't of asked for more!

Incredible! We will absolutely stay here again. We brought our boys 9 and 15 and they would of been ok not leaving the entire stay. They have so much to keep you and kids entertained. Sitting on the heated porch watching the sunrise over the mountains! Breathtaking! Sitting in the hot tub while the sun sets, also breathtaking. This house has so much space and beautifully decorated. Beds are super comfortable and the bathrooms were really nice! I really can't say enough. Loved it
