Este encantador delante arroyo casa cuenta con una terraza cubierta que se extiende a toda la anchura de la casa, con vistas a nuestra ruidosa arroyo. Un porche cubierto en la parte delantera ve las montañas. (Total de 640 'de cubiertas cubiertas). El hogar es de una sola planta con un paso en la casa que lo hace accesible para discapacitados con límites de 30 'puertas interiores. Todas las puertas interiores son de madera maciza y ofrecen aislamiento acústico adicional. De los 3 dormitorios, 2 son master de tamaño con camas queen calidad y el 3er dormitorio tiene 2 nuevas camas individuales y un sofá cama. Además, tienen colchón inflable. Ideal para reuniones familiares y de la habitación de los niños está escondido en la parte delantera de la casa. El dormitorio principal, gran salón y cocina dan al arroyo. Relajarse y disfrutar de los sonidos relajantes. Para un día frío romántica acurrucarse junto a la chimenea, leer su libro o el nuestro, ver una película en la televisión o de nuestra biblioteca de películas, tomar una siesta, o disfrutar de un chocolate caliente. FISH, FISH, FISH sus problemas de distancia en nuestra ruidosa arroyo abastecido por la TVA. Pescado para la cena de la barbacoa en la parrilla por el arroyo. Sentarse alrededor de la hoguera y dile a tus cuentos mientras asar sus malvaviscos. Pan de oro con el equipo proporcionado o ir a Franklin, Carolina del Norte donde se puede extraer oro y piedras preciosas (que es gratuito en el arroyo). Enfriar en el arroyo y tener algo de sandía en la mesa de picnic, mientras se relaja en la sombra. Roca todas sus preocupaciones en las mecedoras, hamacas y sillas hamaca. Rushing Creek Retreat

We spent several days over Thanksgiving at this property. Overall, we had a very nice stay. The layout of the house was great. The kitchen opened to the family room and had was fully stocked. The family room had a comfy sectional sofa, and a cozy gas fireplace that was so easy to operate.Loved that there were no steps, the house was all on one level. If I had anything negative to say, it would be that the bedding, pillows, sheets and towels may be in need of replacing, I was also hoping for a little better view of the mountains from the front of the house, but the rushing creek in the back was beautiful. We would definitely consider renting this property again.

As advertised. Wonderful property

Located just far enough away from town to be away from it all, but close enough that it is not a major time commitment to go get the Saturday morning breakfast from Crafted Donuts, this spacious cabin provided my family a wonderful stay. The cabin was very clean and has pretty much everything you need to feel "at home." I liked that tissues, tp and paper towels were provided. I have rented some cabins that were bare. The front yard is sizeable enough for an active family wiffle ball or something, and the back yard is western NC perfection, with the porch overlooking the just loud enough creek. Like most creeks in the mountains, it is not meant for canon balls and tubing, but for frolicking and getting your feet wet. In a perfect world, I would prefer a king bed in the master (plenty of room for it) and scentless sheets/towels. Also, the Wi-Fi is not great so working from the cabin may is difficult. It could be time to upgrade to Starlink.

Outside upkeep

The house was very nice but the outside furniture and table were not usable they were so dirty. The grills were so bad it took my son a hour to get one clean enough to use. Also picture of River online is very deceiving. It is a small creek and not big enough to tube in.

Everything about this property was just perfect. My husband enjoyed fly fishing in the creek at the back of the house and ended up catching trout. The home is very clean and in a very quiet neighborhood. We can’t wait to visit this property again!

Family time

We love time in the mountains and our stay here was lovely. The cabin was open and airy and the babbling river in the back yard was heaven. The cabin was well appointed with things you would need for a comfortable stay. We did have a hard time with getting anything with the tv and components to work when we tried to watch a movie in the evenings though. My tech savvy son figured out some of it but the dvd player didn’t have all the necessary cords to work.

Fall Getaway

This cabin is suburb! We stayed for a week and the fall leaves were amazing. The house was a joy to stay in, we didn’t want to leave. The host is excellent! Don’t pass this one up!

Perfect relaxing weekend.

My wife and I needed some personal time to relax from raising 2 grandchildren. We haven't had alone time for 6 years now so this needed to be a stress free weekend. Rushing creek retreat did not disappoint. Even the rain on the tin roof was soothing. We tried to catch some fish from the creek but had no luck. We didn't bring any waders so it was difficult getting to the honey hole where the were hiding. We will definitely come back to try again.

Awesome! Had a wonderful time staying here. Home was exceptionally clean.

Nice place to relax and unwind. Walmart and grocery store approx 25 minutes from cabin. Home was well equipped and had just about everything needed. Downtown Murphy was a quaint town to visit. Can't wait to come back!

Beautiful cabin

Our family of four and two dogs stayed at this cabin. The cabin was spacious and beautiful. We caught trout in the creek and relaxed by the fire pit. Murphy is centrally located to all the great things this area has to offer. I would highly recommend this cabin for a perfect mountain getaway.

Perfectly Peaceful

For this trip we planned on staying in instead of going from activity to activity. Rushing Creek was the perfect place for that. The sound of the creek was so peaceful and our kids loved playing in the water. We did go out for a couple of activities and meals but used the grill at the cabin almost every night. This is a great place for a family getaway. *My only suggestions would be to put extra child safety precautions on the exterior doors and get new cookware.
