"There is no staff on-site. Check-in and property access is via text and a code box. The code did not work for me, even with multiple attempts and variations. Once in the room, a key fob will let you get into the building with no problem. This property is a maze of short corridors and fire doors. There are elevators, but you won't know where it will take you. I walked a looong way to find my room. The stairwells are unfinished concrete. Some exits will take you through what looks like a concrete...

"An amazing stay! Upon entry we were greeted by the kind staff member at the front. We did check in early and there was a small expected fee. We immediately went down to the pool after unpacking and there were provided towels for use. They were replenished immediately. Beds and room were very comfortable, spacious for a family of 4. Breakfast was amazing, one of the best ! Close to shopping centers, walking distance. Parking was plenty ! Will definitely be returning to this hotel if we’re back...

"The room and the hotel lobby were very clean. The staff at the front desk were very friendly, courteous and supportive. We didn't use the bar as we are not drinkers. Self parking was convenient and free and plenty of spaces. The only problem we came across was there was a water testing taking place from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm and we had no water during that time as it was shut off. "Overall, I had a great stay at Hyatt Place. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and my room was comfortable. The location was convenient, and everything met my expectations. The only downside was the complimentary breakfast. I arrived at the breakfast area around **9:30 a.m.**, and there was very little food available. It would have been nice if the breakfast items had been restocked through the end of the breakfast service so that guests arriving later could still enjoy...

"The Bar needs some life to it!!! Also the elevators needs to be upgraded with security, for example your card to your room should be use to get to the floor of your room. Anybody could to ride the elevator up a floor. Not safe!!!!!"

"Although we stayed for one night; we throughly enjoyed our stay! The staff were so friendly and welcoming and of course our stay was wonderful. It was clean, quiet, and definitely a hotel I will come again to."
