About this accommodation
The magnificent finca property Can Mostaxet stretches between the towns of Muro and Can Picafort and is just a short drive from one of Mallorca's most enchanting beaches. This spacious holiday home rises on a generous 2,500 square meter plot and is surrounded by a lovingly landscaped Mediterranean garden, which forms a green oasis around the curved pool. There are plenty of sun loungers available here for relaxing sunbathing.
The accommodation
The pool house is a real gem, equipped with a kitchen, a barbecue, a spacious dining table and a private bathroom. This place offers the ideal setting for cozy barbecue evenings by the pool.The main house is also a place of relaxation and enjoyment. On the ground floor there is a spacious living and dining area with space for 8 people, a bedroom and a bathroom as well as a well-equipped kitchen.
On the upper floor of the main house you will find another comfortable living area and a television with satellite television in the gallery. Additionally there is a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and access to the terrace as well as two further bedrooms and another bathroom. All four bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning units to make your stay even more comfortable.
The covered terrace in front of the house offers a sheltered place to relax in the shade or enjoy a lively game of table tennis.Another bathroom and an outdoor laundry room complete the comprehensive facilities of this property. Towels for the kitchen, bathrooms and pool/beach are also provided. If you wish, we will be happy to provide you with a cot and a high chair free of charge.
The entire property is exquisitely furnished with great style. The quiet location, the well-kept ambience, the beautifully landscaped garden around the spacious pool and the unique pool house make Can Mostaxet a perfect place for a relaxing holiday.
The main tenant must be at least 25 years old.
The holiday accommodation booked is intended exclusively for holiday use.It is absolutely forbidden to hold loud parties or other activities that may violate the law or disturb neighbors. Failure to comply with this rule may result in fines for guests ranging from €5,000.00 to €300,000.00 (for professionally organized events).
Tourist rental license number: ETV/3871
Electricity, including air conditioning, is additionally charged according to consumption (€0.40 / kWh) and will be deducted at the end of your stay from the deposit of €500.00 paid in cash upon arrival.
In addition, the Ecotasa fee is charged to all travelers aged 16 and over.
It is €2.00 per night per person for the first 8 nights, and €1.00 thereafter. (plus 10% VAT.)

Excellent Finca

The house is well equipped and had everything we needed. The pool is lovely and being salt water rather than chlorine, much better for the young children in our group. Very useful to have a fully equipped pool house right next to it. Very nice and well kept gardens. Plenty of different seating areas around the property. Quiet surroundings but not too far to drive to different places. We would definitely stay again.

Einfach super!

Die Finca entspricht den Angaben und Fotos im Internet genau. Sie ist grosszüzig eingerichtet, top gepflegt und bietet verschiedene Möglichkeiten, sich zu verweilen. Wir haben eigentlich nur im Poolhaus gelebt, welches auch sehr gut eingerichtet ist. Der Pool übetrifft alle Erwartungen. Die Eigentümer, Paco und seine Frau, haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Wir konnten die Finca sogar früher beziehen, weil die Vormieter das Haus auch früher verliessen. Wenn irgendetwas war (das Gas des Grills ging aus) war Paco sofort da und brachte Ersatz. Wir fühlten uns rundum wohl. Eine Weindegustation bei der Bodega Butxet ( ca. 15' zu Fuss) ist auch zu empfehlen. Wir haben zwei wunderbare Wochen in der Finca verbracht und können sie nur weiterempfehlen.

Great stay in Can Mostaxet

We loved our stay in the villa! Frank and the team were very good through the checkin process and helped us arrange transport. Paco’s Villa is beautiful and he was very helpful throughout our stay. The pool area and gardens are wonderful and the family obviously take a lot of care keeping the area immaculately. There are beautiful views of the mountains and you can have a BBq and watch the sunset. Inside, all rooms are very tastefully finished to a high specification and all rooms ha e good air con which is essential as it was 37 degrees a couple of the days. Highly recommended and we would stay again!

Tres bon séjour. Agréable en famille. Très calme.

Parfait. Juste un manque de rappel des règles à l’arrivée. Caution, chargé de l’électricité...etc. Le propriétaire devrait un minimum parlé anglais. Difficile de communiqué si vous me parle pas espagnol.

Perfect in every way

We have just returned from a fabulous week's holiday at this villa. We travelled as a party of 6 adults with my husband and myself, two adult daughters and their respective partners. The villa itself is gorgeous allowing plenty of space for us to spread out. The gardens, pool and pool house are amazing, just perfect for a chilled holiday for 6 very tired adults to reboot their batteries. Will definitely be back.

Super Ferienhaus!

Wir waren 10 Tage mit 7 Erwachsenen in der Finca. Hier ist echt alles was das Herz begehrt. Der Pool und der Garten sind klasse. Das Poolhaus ist top ausgestattet. Auch das Haupthaus ist super - obwohl wir bei dem tollen Wetter hauptsächlich im Freien waren. Auch das Drumrum stimmt. Wir hatten Probleme mit der Waschmaschine und diese wurde einen Tag süäter prompt ausgetauscht - klasse! Wir können die Finca nur weiterempfehlen und liebäugeln schon mit einem weiteren Urlaub im Haus.

Urige Finca, sehr gepflegt

Weg vom Trubel, ruhig und gemütlich. Das Poolhaus ist super praktisch. Sehr gepflegte Anlage, die Vermieter kümmern sich schnell und rührig, wenn mal was war. Bei offenem Fenster schlafen ist weniger empfehlenswert, es fahren gerade in den Morgenstunden Autos direkt am Haus vorbei, aber es gibt prima Klimaanlagen in jedem Zimmer. Ein Supermarkt in Muro-ca. 5min mit dem Auto- hat alles,was man braucht. Zum Strand ist es mit dem Auto auch nicht allzu weit.

Besser und schöner als die Fotos es ausdrücken konnten.

Gleich der erste Eindruck war ein gepflegtes Haus mit schönem Garten.Der Pool war super,gross und umgeben von Palmen,gepflegtem Rasen,Blumen usw.Die Finca,das BBQ Haus,Gartenanlage hatte für uns 5 Erwachsene und ein Kind viel Platz.Die Ruhe und die weite Aussicht waren herrlich.Der Eigentümer Paco hat uns freundlich empfangen.Die neue Kaffeemaschine wollte leider nach 2 Tagen nicht mehr aufheizen und wurde nach kurzem Anruf bei Paco noch am gleichen Tag durch 2 neue ersetzt.Wir können nur paar Wörter spanisch aber konnten uns trotzdem mit Paco verständigen.Super,danke auch dass wir uns von seinen Obstbäumen herrliches Obst pflücken durften.Von den super Feigen usw schwärmen wir noch jetzt.Kritisieren würden wir nichts,kleines Übel wäre vielleicht das Schlafzimmer zur Strassenseite im Untergeschoss.Da es keine Gitter hat,konnte man das Fenster und die Klappläden nicht offen lassen zum lüften ohne alles im Blick zu haben.Aber wir können die Finca nur empfehlen,denn sie hat alles was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht.
