Rural house with private pool, billiards, foosball and much more.

Peace and tranquility is what you will find in the rustic villa of 170m² located on a plot of more than 1000m² on the outskirts of the town of Muro with easy access and very well connected.

House on one floor, adapted for the disabled. In it you will find two fully furnished kitchens (one inside the house and one independently of the house, with sofa and amenities) a living room with a sofa bed, a living room. A room with a double bed and a room with 2 single beds; 2 bathrooms. The pool is very beautiful, round and huge (12m in diameter) with child protection barriers, it also has a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols. You will also find a garden, a large terrace with a porch where you can eat and barbecue.
Also, if you want to go to the beach, it is 10 km from Can Picafort and close to other beaches on the Island.

The house is excellent for families looking for vacations in a quiet and cozy environment, without neighbors. Where direct contact with nature will make your days unforgettable holidays. The views are beautiful and you can see mountains from different points of Mallorca.


During your stay here we can provide points of interest for you, excursions, walks with different means of transport, as well as the best places where you can eat typical Mallorcan food.


The villa is located in the north of the island; Palma motorway towards Puerto de Alcúdia, exit Muro

Sport activities:

- Cycling and ecovías: the roads that surround the farm where the house is, has marked routes for excursions by bicycle or on foot. Also in Playa de Muro are the main tour operators specialized in cycling, for renting bicycles or repairs. The numerous roads and secondary roads link the coastal area with the interior of the island and allow you to discover the entire area by bicycle. Along the beach or mountain, landscapes of enormous beauty are found. Mallorca has many natural roads, called Ecovías. They are roads away from the traffic congestion of the main roads to enjoy the natural beauty, with monuments and traditional constructions. So you can know a part of the natural and cultural heritage of the island.

- golf: for fans of this sport, the nearest golf course is outside Pollença. There is also a golf course in Alcanada

- hiking: the vast territory of the natural park of s'Albufera and Playa de Muro is an ideal region for hiking. The Sierra Tramuntana, located in the northwest of the island, offers beautiful landscapes and roads of varying degrees of difficulty. These two regions offer everything the hiker's heart desires: sea and mountains.

- Water sports: in Playa de Muro and in Can Picafort there are several specialized centers where you can hire boat trips and rent all the necessary equipment to practice sailing, surfing, kite surfing or diving.

Die Finca liegt idyllisch und abgeschieden inmitten weiter Felder und Orangenbäume – perfekt für alle, die Ruhe und Natur lieben. Auf dem weitläufigen Grundstück gibt es zahlreiche Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder und einen großen, gut gesicherten Pool. Das ländliche Umfeld ist authentisch: Nebenan leben Hühner und Enten, und ab etwa 4:30 Uhr hört man sie krähen – ein Erlebnis, das man mögen muss. Auch einige Katzen gehören zum Anwesen; hier ist etwas Aufmerksamkeit gefragt.Die Ausstattung der Finca ist hervorragend – es fehlt an nichts. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die herzlichen und hilfsbereiten Besitzer, die mit viel Liebe zum Detail für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt sorgen.

We had a great time there, it is a nice house and beautiful Pool, which might need some minor mending soon though. The contact to Joan and his family was easy and the parents were lovely. We also loved the mule living just next to the house 😊

Schöner Aufenthalt

Schöner, großer Pool, das Highlight des Hauses, vor allem die beiden weißen Liegen. Das Mobiliar ist teilweise veraltet und könnte erneuert werden, unangenehmer Geruch in den Kleiderschränken der Schlafzimmer. Ansonsten sehr schöne Anlage mit tollem Billard Tisch. Preis/Leistung ist in Ordnung. Vielen Dank Joan für die gute Kommunikation.

Quiet house with everything you need

The house is located in the middle of a field of orange tree. It is very quiet in the evening. This is exactly what we were looking for. It has everything you need for a holiday, activities for kids (trampoline, small house in a tree, darts …). The house is well equipped with furniture. The owners are very friendly and available if needdd. They also gave us advices on restaurants and events in the surroundings. We will definitely return if we come in the same area

Wonderful holidays

The house is quietly situated and surounded with orangetrees. There is enough space for a family with 2 kids. Our kids had much fun playing outside. The swimming pool is round and there were baby gates on each stair. If you have any question, the landlord is available on phone.

Schöne ruhige Finca

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen, wenn man Ruhe mag und kaum Nachbarn haben möchte, dann ist man dort genau richtig. Der Pool ist auch sehr schön, da er in drei Zonen eingeteilt ist. Das einzige was man unbedingt wissen sollte, was auch nicht in der Beschreibung steht ist, dass in dem Hauptschlafzimmer keine Klimaanlage vorhanden ist, was an heißen Tagen nicht so angenehm zum schlafen ist. Klimaanlagen sind im Wohnzimmer und im kleinen Schlafzimmer vorhanden.

Super séjour à Muro chez Joan

Nous avons passé des vacances exceptionnelles dans la maison de Joan. A 10 min des plages de Muro et de Can Picafort, 40min de Palma, et les autres points d'intérêt de l'île sont très accessible à environ 45min/1h, la maison se trouve dans une environnement paisible et calme, au milieu des champs d'orangers et de citronniers. Grand jardin très verdoyant, avec de très beaux arbres et plantes, grande piscine, on se senti vraiment très bien ici. La maison est spacieuse avec 2 terrasses et 2 cuisines. Un petit bémol sur le fait qu'il n'y ait que 2 chambres (1 avec un grand lit, l'autre avec 2 lits simples). Joan est très réactif, gentil et arrangeant, nous avons pu compter sur lui tout au long du séjour.

Toll für einen Familienurlaub

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in der Finca von Joan. Das Grundstück ist ideal für Kinder, es ist umzäunt und bietet mit Baumhaus, Rutsche, Schaukel und Trampolin tolle Möglichkeiten. Nicht zu vergessen, der riesige Pool. Die Orangenbäumen bieten die Möglichkeit von täglich frisch-gepresstem Saft. Die Finca ist sauber, hat allerdings einen bestimmten Geruch, den man nur mit stets offenen Türen weg bekommt. Uns war nicht bewusst, dass die Klimaanlage (und somit für uns im November) die Heizung nicht enthalten ist und man extra dafür bezahlen muss! Ich denke, das sollte in die Beschreibung aufgenommen werden. Der Kontakt und der Checkin waren tadellos. Joan war stets für Fragen bereit.

Das Ferienhaus ist wunderschön gelegen, fernab von Trubel und mit einem außergewöhnlichen Blick auf die Berge. Es ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet mit vielen kleinen Details, man fühlt sich sofort heimisch. Die Betten sind bequem. Besonders die Abende auf der Terrasse waren sehr entspannend. Es gibt hier und da Geräusche von Grillen, Eseln und Hunden, aber genau wegen dieser ländlichen Atmosphäre sind wir hier her gekommen. Der Pool ist natürlich das Highlight, er wurde regelmäßig gereinigt. Das Grundstück verfügt über mehrere schön angelegte Sitzecken. Der Kontakt zu Joan und seiner Familie war stets umgehend und sehr freundlich. Bei allen Anliegen wurde sofort geholfen. Das Haus ist super sauber und hat alles an Einrichtungsgegenständen was man braucht. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, wir haben uns über vorhandene Gewürze freuen dürfen. Es gibt Fliegengitter an allen Fenstern. Für Kinder wurde sehr viel getan: von Trampolin, Billiard, Dart, Spiele, Kindertisch bis über das tolle Baumhaus. Ein Mietwagen ist ratsam. Wir hatten zwei sehr entspannende Wochen und können eine eindeutige Weiterempfehlung geben. Vielen Dank an Joan und Familie

Sehr schönes Haus und sehr netter Vermierter

Das Haus war sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Das Haus hat alle Anforderungen erfüllt. Sehr nett fanden wir das kleine Willkommensgeschenk sowie das frische Obst und das Wasser im Kühlschrank. Sehr gute Aufteilung vom Haus. Pool war sehr sauber. Der Vermieter ist super nett und steht fast rund um die Uhr zur Verfügung. Egal was war, der Vermieter hat sich sofort drum gekümmert. Selbst unsere Koffer, die leider einen Tag später kamen hat er uns gebracht. Er hat uns den Urlaub sehr angenehm gemacht. Vielen Dank an Joan und seine Familie. Wir können das Haus und den Vermieter nur empfehlen... Wer erholsamen und schönen Urlaub machen möchte... Sollte dort hin. Zur linken Seite war ein Esel (wir haben ihn Hugo genannt) und zur rechten Seite Enten und Hühner, was die Kinder sehr toll fanden. Sehr viel Kinderspielzeug war auch vorhanden.

GOOD BUT, SOME ISSUES

The kitchen in the main building is adequate. However, if you want to use the dishwasher then you have to go OUTSIDE and then enter into a different part of the house to use the other kitchen. This is also where the second bathroom is. Neither the second kitchen or bathroom has any air conditioning. The main bedroom has no air conditioning. You have to put the the air conditioning in the twin room and lounge on full power and hope that some of the cold air goes into the main bedroom. It's not ideal and was the main issue that we had! There is a fan in the main bedroom but it is old and very noisy so, too loud for us to use at night.There is only space for 2 sun loungers around the pool and they are both old and uncomfortable.The shower in the main part of the house is old and is just about okay for use.The TV is good quality and easy to use.The pool is great and a good size.The beds are comfortable.You will need a car.Barking dogs most of the night but, that is completely normal in rural Spain.

Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön angelegt, sauber und die Einrichtung passt sehr gut.Die Küche ist klein, hat aber alles was man braucht und im Anbau gibt es eine weitere Küche mit mehr Ausstattung und Kinderbesteck und Tellern/Schüsseln.Der Pool ist für uns optimal gewesen, auf der ersten sehr flachen Ebene konnten die Kinder sehr gut spielen, aber es sind eben auch tiefere Bereiche. Er kann von 2 Seiten über eine Treppe erreicht werden, welche beide mit einem Gitter abgesichert sind. Diese sind recht leicht zu öffnen, sollte man also selber schauen, ob die Kinder dies auch können oder ob man da noch eine zusätzliche kleine Sicherung dran macht, falls nötig.Das Trampolin und das Baumhaus waren ein Highlight für unsere Kinder. Man konnte sie auch sorglos auf dem Gelände laufen und spielen lassen, da alles umzäunt ist.Der Kontakt zu Joan war sehr einfach und die Reaktion immer sehr schnell und Hilfe imBedarf auch, also top!Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen!
