Cooked breakfast was not up to much, bread was dried out, sliced kiwi fruit had not been peeled. Pool and spa pool were undergoing maintenance, but transport and entry to Auckland tepid pools was offered. Sauna and steam room were average, but beauty treatment was amazing.

My room was super clean and comfortable. The staff were fantastic, from check in to check out. I had issues figuring out the Air conditioner and they sent someone up right away to check it out (turns out I was doing it wrong)! They were also very accommodating for my super late check out request, ...
