Vacaciones en Muratpaşa

Everything in the best conditions 👍 Overall, we had a great vacation. The swimming pools were amazing, the food was delicious with plenty of variety, and the nightly shows were very entertaining. The staff was friendly and always willing to help. The resort is wonderful overall, though the rooms could benefit from a little modernization to match the quality of the rest of the property. With that improvement, the experience would be even better. Despite this, we had a wonderful time and would gladly consider visiting again.

We spend a whole week in the hotel. Since the beginning everything went not well. We were traveling with some friends, we requested to be close and well… it was “not possible”. The first night while having dinner we were eating and they take off our plates while literally eating! Next day they turned off the lights while eating dinner, 20 minutes before the end of the time. One night we come back to the hotel and they didn’t let us get in the hotel with the taxi, they leave us at the loading dock, in the back part of the hotel, I really don’t know at which point a 5 * hotel decided that is a good idea to forbid the entrance to some guest, we were with 2 kids, one in a stroller and another 8 years old. They leave us in a dark and creepy place . I really don’t know how they dare to treat guests that way. Another bad thing was the room… the shower was dirty and the shower door didn’t close, it was awful. They have stuff to make a fast coffee but they don’t provide cups, they have paper cups. I would understand this if the reason was safety but I don’t think so because they let people to get in the pools and in the beach use glasses. I do not recommend this hotel, the building was good but the service makes it a bad place to stay, if you think you are going to be in a 5* resort you are wrong, at least is a 2-3* Never again!

Mit ophold på Kirman Belazur i Belek levede desværre ikke op til mine forventninger. Personalet virkede ofte arrogante, hver gang jeg havde brug for hjælp. Når jeg bad om noget, sagde de, at de ville hente det, men der gik som regel meget lang tid. Flere gange endte det med, at jeg selv måtte rejse mig og hente mine drikkevarer. Jeg oplevede også problemer med rengøringen. Vi satte et “Forstyr ikke”-skilt på døren, fordi vi ikke ønskede rengøring den dag. Alligevel gik personalet ind og gjorde rent, hvilket jeg fandt meget ubehageligt og respektløst over for vores privatliv. En anden meget ubehagelig oplevelse skete i lobbyen. En stærkt beruset gæst gik rundt og chikanerede flere personer. Han kom også hen til vores bord, hvilket var meget ubehageligt. Derefter gik han videre til en familie med et lille barn og chikanerede dem. Jeg forventede, at hotellets vagter ville gribe ind med det samme og fjerne personen, men i stedet forsøgte de blot at tale ham til ro, mens han fortsatte med at skabe utryghed. Samlet set er jeg skuffet over både servicen, respekten for gæsternes privatliv og håndteringen af en situation, hvor gæsternes sikkerhed burde have været førsteprioritet.
