"Very nice staff the owner spoke English, and had som great tours for us. Cheap, but delicious food, the beds are hard but nice. Working toilet and bath. Very nice view. Overall we are very happy with the stay"

"Nhân viên lễ tân nhiệt tình, vui vẻ. Nhân vien lễ tan kim tài xế huong dan viên tên Trung rất nhiệt tinh, dễ thuong va chỉ dẫn giúp đỡ toi trong chuyến du lịch này rất tốt! Tôi hài long ve cach phục vụ, nhân viên vui vẻ. Riêng về room 624 thì may lanh ko hoat đong, làm tôi thấy nóng nực và ngủ ko ..."

Precioso entorno
"El entorno y el hotel es precioso, para mí el mejor de pu luong. La comunicacion con el personal es difícil sol o había una persona que sabía inglés pero no estaba en el alojamiento a nuestra llegada. Hubo un mal entendido con el checkin y con la cena pero pusieron de su parte para solucionarlo. ..."
